First off - the person packaging the screws is obviously the character of chaos at his local dnd meetup, because the screws + the labels = not the same. Once I figured that out it was smooth sailing to get this chair into one piece. Love the lumbar support and head pillow. Don’t trust the foot rest - I’m renaming it “snack tray”. Decent buy. I'm 5 foot 10 so I'm not tall but not short either. I have never had a problem with how my legs hand or rest over a chairs seat before. This seat is so deep, you'd have to be at least 6 feet tall to be able to sit back in it fully and have the back of your knees at the proper place. But that's just the start. The back is narrow (and I'm a pretty thin guy at 160lbs) , if you're using headphones you can not turn your head without the sides of the headrest pushing on your headphones. The armrests are to low and not comfortable, the wheels barely roll, I can't say anything positive about this chair for a desk chair. However... if a person were to use this chair say in front of a TV to game on a console , and used the foot rest the entire time I could see it maybe being functional in that specific setting. It's like the back is made for a kid, but the seat is made for someone with at least a 34" inseam. Finally while I was able to figure out how to put it together, the bolts and instructions are misleading, mislabeled, and unclear. ... show more

I bought a red chair, and they sent a red chair, but it’s not the same shade as in the photos. The photos show a chair that’s more “burgundy” but this is just an ordinary red. I really hate the false advertising, and I would’ve loved to have the chair in the photos, but this one is serviceable.
