Very nice mount, just a heads up if your tv isn't level like mine to check my solution.
So this TV mount is awesome. It allows an amazing range of motion. You can actually push it out from the wall enough that you can work on it and hook up cords easily. I have bought 2 of these and the 1st one was flawless. The 2nd one we just did the TV was not level. It looked so bad. The mount was l
evel on the wall so we knew that we had installed it correctly. The tv was leaning downward 3/8" so it was noticeable. We tried and tried to remedy with no luck. The tv was still crooked and not level. Finally we noticed the bolts that screw into the VESA holes on the back of the tv were not level. Meaning the bottom right and left bolts were slightly off. The top of the arms that connect the mounted frame to the TV have holes, so you pick a hole and that is that. The bottom of the frames or legs have large narrow gaps or holes that the bolt can slide up and down. What had happened is the bottom bolts can still move slightly up and down even with the top bolts anchored in. So we had to lift up the tv on the left side to where it was level, unscrew the bolt and re tighten at the correct level. We raised the one side and lowered the other a little which made up the 3/8" difference. I am including a picture that was really hard to write using a mouse and basic editing software haha but between this explanation and my picture I hope anyone else extremely frustrated with a tv that is crooked or not level will be able to solve the problem. At least assuming they have the exact same cause. Usually I think people don't experience this but I saw a few reviews that had this issue and I hope I can help someone out. UPDATE: the manufacture came back with instruction how to properly level the TV: A+ service. They said "Our engineer analyzed your 'crooked tv ' problem, the mount can be leveled +/-3º to avoid small error during the installation, that will help your TV leveling. We have attached drawing (Page 16) and picture for your reference. Please Loosen 4 leveling bolts on the rear of TV plate by maximum 2 turns, adjust to level, and retighten to secure." see other pics attached if your tv is not level :)

Impressed with quality and easy of use.
I was impressed by the quality of work. I really like how easy they make it to install. I like the variety of bolts that you can use for different TVs. I’ve got it for a 55 inch TV and I use one on a 65 inch TV and I’ll probably buy another one for another TV that I have.

Good Mount for a Large TV
This is a very good mount for a big TV. We have a 70 inch Samsung. This mount handles it just fine and, swivels and turns both directions - PERFECT! Fairly easy to mount - Make sure you hit the studs. It's adjustable for level, but I didn't have to use that because it came out level enough. You can a
lways just tweak it a bit by hand if it looks slightly unlevel.

Mostly great, but hard to make "universal"
Great frame and mount system, but the bolts and washers were a little lacking for me. Your experience may vary. The hard thing about universal mounting kits is making them mate to the back of the TV, and the hard part about that is NOT the bolt locations, it's the bolt sizes and lengths, and the vari
ous spacers and washers that are needed to mount the TV solidly to this frame. The hardware with this kit is ultimately OK, but depending on your TV it may be hard to coordinate. There were only 2 lenghts of bolts for my size hole, and only a few selections of washers/spacers. So in most configurations the assembly was either just too short (only a thread or two of the bolt in the hole) or too long (a few threads short of snug), so either not optimal. I had some extra washers around the house and was able to make it work perfectly, but be aware of this when you install. Only costs an extra dollar or two for the washers, but it would only cost a few pennies for the manufacturer to include some extras and save the hassle. It's possible that you won't have everything you need in the box it comes with. Otherwise, great mount, great flexibility.

good product, great customer service!
this is a really nice TV mount! it was our first time hanging a TV and didn't really know what to expect. the directions weren't too complicated and were easy to follow... however, once we drilled into the wall, we realized there was concrete so we had to reach out to customer service via email to ge
t anchors to finish the installation, which they provided free of charge. even on memorial day weekend, they got us all situated and shipped out our anchors, which arrived 3 days later. can't say enough good things about the product and customer service we received. I'm so excited to be able to change the angle of our 65" TV and watch from my chaise in my awkwardly laid out living room 🤣.

Good TV mount for the cost
The mount is sturdy, moves well and holds it's position. Parts and finish appear to be good quality. The kit had pretty much all hardware needed to attach it to the wall.

Not actually meant for 18" studs
It's advertised for 18" studs and yes it will fit them but it doesn't actually have 18" mounting holes. The hole spacing goes from 16" to 20" to 24". So you'll have to use a 16" hole and a 20" hole. Therefore your mount will not be centered on your wall (if that what you're trying to do like I was) b
ut you can center the TV by adjusting it along the mounting arms. So it is a good mount otherwise but, really how hard would it have been to design it with 18" spaces holes? (Not hard is the answer). Additionally, the vertical brackets on the ends get in the way of any outlets or cable feeds that might be on the wall if your wall was wired to have a mounted TV like mine. So overall, the mount works but it falls short of 5 stars because its not well designed for the advertised 18" wall.

I had put an older Polaroid tv on it which weighs 100lbs. The stand doesn’t even lean down from the weight. Works better than expected and the mounting template given was a huge help!
