This mineral powder is a perfect shade for my very fair skin tone. This powder also doesn’t seem to oxidize the way some mineral powders do. I feel like my skin has this lit from within type glow every time I wear this. It’s a new fave for sure.

This unfortunately did not work for my light brown skin. I used a very good Kabuki brush and applied to fresh, clean skin and it looked like I applied cornstarch to my face. There was a very prominent white cast and it exposed fine lines I didn't even know existed. Immediate wash and return for me.

I ordered IDUN Minerals Loose Powder Foundation Siri unsure of what to expect, and ended up disappointed. The product is messy and arrived already spilling with powder everywhere. As another reviewer had mentioned, it really isn't buildable. I find it makes a cakey mess, and doesn't give me the level of coverage that I like. I just think there are so many other better products available out there. I would not recommend this.

I hope the manufacturer will think about another way to open this foundation. It literally took me 10 minutes to get the first cap off. I even had hubby look and he couldn't figure it out and he is an engineer. Once I got past the first cap, then I had to figure out the second cap. Finally, open, I found a swivel top with half solid/half holes like on a salt container. This will be enough of a cap for me. Perfect to dispense the powder foundation. I applied it with a large makeup brush and it blended my skin into one perfect tone reducing the red areas and covering the brown spots creating a even tone. It is very easy to use and my foundation never looked better.

PROS: The packaging is GORGEOUS, I mean giftable GORGEOUS. The box is so beautiful! The powder itself is a good shade (for me) and seems very high quality. It looks very nice on my face. Made in Italy. CONS: Needs instructions! Had SO much trouble figuring out how to open - top of the box comes off easily but the second internal lid - wasn’t sure whether to twist or lift - eventually my husband pried it off with a screwdriver. Surprised no one else mentioned this in reviews. Then, there’s a third plastic lid - wasn’t sure what to do with that but it seems to rotate. Is that how it opens and closes? Or is that how powder is forced up so that it can be picked up by a brush? Also, there is no puff or brush included. Product needs to include instructions both on how to open and how to use! At least put this on the Amazon product page if not with the actual product.

3.2.22~ My skin is sun damaged. 'Idun' Loose Powder Foundation is not full coverage. I've used my 'Bare Minerals' concealer brush & freckles come through. The 'Light Medium' is a perfect match to my Light Medium skin. Did not work solo, or as well as my 'M.Asam Magic Finish' Was a nice finish as a finish powder & is creamy. Doesn't settle. If you have good skin, it's a nice option but if you need "magic" maybe not so much.
