I finally upgraded to a nicer flat iron after years of using a lower priced one. The difference is amazing! This thing glides through my hair and is effective at lower temperature than my old flat iron. This upgrade was worth every penny. Wish I had purchased years ago.

This flat iron meets all my needs. I have very thick curly hair and I am picky about flat irons. When my previous one died I tried this one and was pleasantly surprised it was just as good as my old one.

This is my 3rd Usmooth. I decided to give it another try as they seemed to have made the cord at the point it connects to the iron where it would rotate when using. I have to be very careful how I use it because it pulls and catches my hair which breaks the ends. Otherwise I’m satisfied with it.

My hair stylist is obsessed with this straightener but idk I don't love it. It works and it leaves my hair shiny and soft but like not superstraight. I dont think it gets as hot as ither (i always use 380 or 390 for my thick hair) It seems a little cheap and very light weight. As someone who travels a lot it seems way too delicate to pack and rely on. I was actually out of town when I thought it stopped working. I bought another (other brand) then later found it worked again. I may not have been pushing the power button just right or something but that doesn't instill a lot if faith. I'm past the return time so I guess it will just be my home straightener but I would not recomend to others.
