I have been using this headset for the past couple weeks, it's actually pretty dang. Good. Fairly comfortable. Although I wish that the grip on the other side of the head was a little padded. Or something that could give your head a little bit more give. But all in all this is a pretty good headset for a call center. It's very rare that your customers can hear anything outside of what you were saying to them.

Has all the features I needed. Is comfortable to wear. Even during hour long zoom calls. Bulit sturdy enough to take off and on without worry it's going to break. Soft foam on ear piece has kept it's shape. very comfortable to wear. The foam on the easy to adjust mic. works well and staying place. I'm using it at home for family visits and some Dr. appointments. Have allergies so the easily adjustable mic, is great, just push it out of the way real quick so I'm not sneezing in someone's ear. Fits my needs and has all the features I wanted.

The head set comes (at least in my case) very tightly configured. After using it for about 30 minutes straight, I though I was experiencing a stoke or something in my right temple -- only to realize that it was due to excessive pressure of flexible arm of the headset on my temple. I've tried to flex or stretch the armature but it is too solidly molded. The audio quality is good but I can only wear it now with a cushion and then only for short periods of time.

This is a light weight product and delivers as much quality as the higher priced competitors. I had a dual headset before I bought this product and by the end of my work day my ears were ringing and I had a headache from the weight of the headset. Now I don’t have either of these problems. Very good product for the right price. I highly recommend. Also good for people with hearing problems. I understand people better now than I did with the dual headset.

I'm giving this Wantek USB headset lots of stars for doing everything right. For me, the most important aspect of a headset is sound quality. Struggling to hear, to understand what's going on on the other end of the line is exhausting, counter-productive. This headset offers excellent sound! Bright, crisp, clear, with well-balanced treble and bass. Miserable ear fatigue banished! Lots of uses for this USB device, too - one could employ it for podcast-listening, book-listening, Skype, Zoom and even for music. It doesn't weigh much and its intelligent design is very comfortable. So much in our world depends on clear communication. Thanks, Wantek, for making that easier to do.

I first purchased the Wantek single earpiece headset for use with our office Ploycom VVX 400 phone system. I liked it so much I bought 3 addition headsets for other staff members. Then I purchased the Wantek dual earpiece version for our office Polycom VVX 400 phone system. That was a great find as well. So I went for the trifecta and purchased the Wantek USB version for use with my computer. I use it for virtual meetings and conference calls made over my computer. It's equally as great. In this day and age of virtual communication, these headsets are priceless! Wantek makes great products at an affordable price. They have the comfort and features you need! Why waste money on something else? If you're looking for a great headset for calls and virtual meetings, you can't go wrong with Wantek!
