I cannot tell you how much I love this speaker. Quite small in size with extraordinary volume and depth of tone. One plug provides power and the connection to the computer. Three buttons. One for louder. One for softer. One for mute. And that is all you need. I have had it on my desk for several days and do not know how I got by without it prior to this. My laptop has poor sound, and I am on Zoom calls all day. I don't have the patience for Bluetooth when it comes to business applications - it doesn't connect, it's already connected to some other device, etc. So this speaker is perfect - plugs in to USB, no on/off switch, always works, pretty good sound for meetings/clear and loud voices. No Bluetooth/battery issues. Love it! Hope it lasts.

I got one of these speakers about 6 months ago and was very happy with it. I have hearing loss in my left ear and this speaker enables me to hear everything. It also works well with zoom. I can use the speaker and people can still hear me when I share in my AA meetings. Unfortunately the speaker stopped working recently so I ordered a different one. That one didn't work with zoom; people couldn't hear me when I spoke. So I returned that one and got another one of these speakers because I was really happy with it and who knows, maybe I was too rough with it (I don't have a desk and use my laptop in bed so the speaker fell a few times). When the seller wrote asking if I liked the new speaker I just got I told them about my problem with the first one, that it had stopped working. Without a question they refunded me for the first one I got and told me I didn't need to send it back. Amazing customer service! I love my new speaker and I'm going to great lengths to make sure this one doesn't fall off my bed. I highly recommend this speaker and this seller. Reach out to them if you have any issues with the speaker.

Amazed at how easy it was to install. Just plugged in and changed the volume output and it was working right away! I use it on my dual monitor setup when working from home. Monitor speakers were poor quality and weak, and laptop speaker wasn't loud enough to hear meeting conversations clearly, so I finally got this speaker and I am glad I did! I can now hear much better and only need about 40-50% volume, versus likely almost blowing out my monitor speakers at 80-90% just to hear the conversation. I is small and sits behind/between my two monitors, nicely tucked out of the way. I like that it had the additional adapter, since I was out of open USB spaces. Highly recommend if you just need some better sound for work/home computer tasks. If you want to play loud music, I would look at something more substantial.

The volume on my work computer is very low and I was always struggling to hear meetings, etc. I was hesitant about buying this speaker because the price was so low but this was a GREAT PURCHASE! It is exactly what I needed. It fits nicely on my desk and I actually had to turn my volume down quite a bit because it's so powerful. The sound quality is great also. Definitely recommend!

The speaker went out on my old MacBook. I need something small, and portable that I could use occasionally when I needed audio on my old laptop. I have a nice Bluetooth speaker that I use with it when I’m listening to music. Of course the sound quality isn’t as good as that one. But it’s not appropriate on a video call with my doctor. The whole house doesn’t need to know what I’m talking about. And sometimes switching between Bluetooth devices could be a pain. This little speaker has a USB device. For the price I’m happy with it!
