I placed this order on July 13th under the impression it would be here in the the next couple days as shown when checking out. Once the order was placed It displayed that I would get an email with an estimated day of arrival, which I didn't receive until July 23rd. I finally received the product on the 26th. While the product is exactly as described in the listing having to wait 10 days for an update and 13 days to receive it was frustrating. Amazon could not help me locate it before then nor cancel the order so i was stuck waiting and hoping I didn't get scammed. The product itself works great and is of good quality.     • Your Receiver May Cause Issues

This is not a bad review of the product as it clearly works fine, but if you are plugging it into a receiver that supports 4k that does passthrough to a TV that does not, you may run into issues. I'm not actually 100% sure what's causing the issue. - This is for Samsung 23+ > Yamaha RXV581 > Vizio SV420M (120hz) - When I plug directly into my TV it works. - When I plug into my receiver, I get the following error displayed on my TV. "This content is not compatible with your tv. please connect hdmi out to the hdmi input jack that supports hdcp2.2 of the tv" 1. My first guess would be that the receiver supports hdcp 2.2 and the TV does not. Normally my devices figure this out and it still works, but for some reason with this cable it doesn't figure it out. That said, Samsung Dex is set to output 1080p, so I'm really not sure why this error gets prompted at all. 2. My conclusion is that I think for my situation I need a cable that does the same thing as this but does NOT support 4k HDCP 2.2. I have an older Dell DA200 USB C adapter that works for this purpose, but sometimes the screen goes black and I feel the cable connections are giving out in it, so I'm looking to replace it. 3. I'm guessing when I get a newer TV that this cable will work just fine. ... show more

I purchased one year ago. For use with MAC book pro13 M1 and 4K ultra wide monitor. My monitor is a SCEPTRE 35 inch ultrawide 100Hz. It works at 4k100hz on my monitor, so it was a very good product. The product content is up to 4K60Hz. However, the LG 35-inch ultra-wide monitor sold at Costco had a bug on the screen and did not work. Looking at the reviews, it seems that compatibility with LG products is not good.Sorry the image is in Japanese! ... show more

I only needed one meter length, it works fine. Maybe the cable can support a higher refresh than 60Hz on 4K but the Dell Latitude will not run over 60Hz on 4K in any event.
