I bought his unit after buying an over the toilet shelf from the same company. Both units are very heavy, attractive, sturdy and solid. I did contact customer service at amazon because of 1 piece that was missing a drill hole on one of the pieces making the unit unusable. . Another unit was sent out immediately that worked perfectly.
