These are very sturdy and the coating makes for easy food removal. I've only had black nonstick pans in the past and was wary of these working. You don't get chipped or marked problems with these. Best pan purchase in a awhile

Beginner baker here but was looking for well reviewed cake pans made in USA and purchased these. I absolutely love them. Following recipe direction except for not having parchment paper so I greased with butter and flour to prevent sticking and cakes came out great. Everything is an experiment for me at this point but these pans make it easy. I have purchased 3 of the 9 inch pans and 2 of them weigh within a gram of each other and look the same. The third on I purchased has some small bumps on the inside wall in one area and weighs 10 grams less than the other two pans. I have not noticed a problem yet. I hand wash the pans and they are so easy to clean. I tried another brand that has great reviews -Fat Daddios- but I do not care for them. Eventually, I will replace them with the USA Pan Bakeware 8 inch pans. ... show more

I bought these to replace some cake pans that I've had for years that work well at cooking but get stuck to each other and are quite difficult to separate. These USA cake pans do not get stuck in each other. My cakes come out as good or better than they did with the other pans. And these are a good value, no need to spend more! ... show more

These cake pans blow me away time after time! I’m always thoroughly impressed with the quality. Worth every penny! Tips I’ve learned: Always hand wash. Liberally butter, then flour before adding your cake dough Parchment paper is a nice way to guarantee nothing gets stuck on the bottom Cake strips are a thing to keep a dome from forming The toothpick test is just looking for liquid, not crumbs. I think these USA Bakeware pans are amazing. They are fairly thick and fairly heavy but I don't think to the point that one would need to alter baking times. I haven't seen any evidence of the coating coming off like other reviews have indicated. I was so happy with these cake pans that I purchased a set of loaf pans as well. Note that the cake pans have perfectly vertical sides so that you won't be able to nest them. ... show more
