I was hesitant to order this blanket because of some of the reviews, but I loved the style and color in comparison to other Amazon options so I thought I'd give it a try. To give a little background, I am a Texan, born and raised, who recently moved to WA state. I was clearly not prepared for the weather difference, and constantly find myself freezing cold even with my heater blasting. I WAS NOT MADE TO FUNCTiON IN THESE CONDITIONS. No need to fret though y'all there's a happy ending to this story. I ordered this blanket about a week ago and I am totally and undeniably IN LOVE with this thing. It is soft and keeps me incredibly warm. Some have complained about being able to feel the wires. Yes, I can feel them. Does it make me horribly uncomfortable? Absolutely not. I'm so warm and cozy, I couldn't care less. There is even heat throughout the blanket, the controls work well, and there is a very distinct difference between all three heat settings (but I prefer high because if you didn't get it already, I do not like being cold!). I haven't had to use my heater at all since I got this blanket, so I'm assuming my electricity bill is going to decrease quite a bit as well. As for size, it does run a bit small, but it covers my whole body so I have zero complaints. Overall, I haven't had any problems, and plan on updating the review in another couple of months just for follow up. I looooooove this blanket! It's not very thick, but because it is heated, it doesn't need to be. It is very soft and comfortable, and it is longer than a lot of heated throws. This blanket has three settings, although I believe the high setting would be a bit too much. I have Fibromyalgia, which is aggravated when I'm cold. Medium is great for colder days, but the low setting works well for "everyday" use. It automatically turns off after about half an hour, which is great in case you forget to turn it off yourself. I would definitely recommend this blanket if you are chronically cold or want something extra to take the chill off during the cold weather months. Yes, as noted in other reviews, you can feel that the wires are in the blanket when you cover yourself, although I usually forget about them after a while. If you're just looking for a regular throw blanket, you might be happier with a thicker non-heated throw to avoid the wires. ... show more

I bought the TWIN size for my mother-in-law who is disabled to use when she is up and in her chair during the day. She loves it. She has challenges with dexterity but the controller is very easy to use and she has had no problems with it. The extra length of the twin vs a throw size makes it possible to tuck the blanket around her legs and feet but still be long enough to cover her body completely if she chooses. I am glad I got the extra length of the twin size for her. So far it is working very well and is very soft and cuddly but lightweight and heats up nicely. She is very pleased with it and it has made her a lot more comfortable during the day when she is out of bed. ... show more

I like how soft and cozy this is. It is really pretty too. It does get warm but not hot. If that's what you want then this could be for you. However I have had heated blankets in the past that have gotten hotter than this.

As someone who gets cold easily this was a literal game changer. this blanket got me through the winter and I actually saved a lot of money by not having to turn on my heater since having it. Has 3 heat settings and the highest one will actually make you hot on the coldest day!

I love the look and softness of this blanket. However, it turns itself off after about twenty minutes. The light will stay on but no heat is being put out. There is an exception to this and trick I’ve learned by chance…if you place another blanket on top of it then it times out at the right time. But not if it’s open to air. It’s so weird. I think this is the softest and warmest electric throat I have ever purchased! Softness is important to me because I have sensitive skin. I had purchased a blanket with Shepa recently And it didn’t take long to become very course. I’m very happy with the softness of this blanket and I would recommend it to anyone that has sensitive skin! PS customer service is awesome, easy to talk to, and a very quick response. I did not contact him for anything they had done wrong. Unfortunately my dog ate my controller🤪 They were quick and very pleasant. I would refer this to anyone and the seller to anyone, I will be back……UPDATE. CS WAS GREAT AT FIRST BUT SENT THE WRONG COLOR BLANKET. REPLACED WITH WRONG BLANKET AGAIN.
