I actually ordered 3 pieces, the sofa, the loveseat, and the chair and two ottomans. It arrived in 6 different boxes. The downsides were that it didnt seem the boxes were labeled, which may only be an issue when ordering 3 separate pieces all at once; The other downside was that the instructions were all-inclusive, meaning, it had a section for whichever combo you ordered. This made it very confusing to me, but my husband had no issues understanding, and in reality the actual putting-together process was extremely easy. It is much more comfortable than you'd expect from a couch from Amazon, although the back cushions slouch frequently and make sitting a little awkward, but that's a simple fix, obviously. I got yellow to make a bold and lively space and I am so happy I did. I ordered more than I had space for (underestimated the size of this furniture) and its really great that it's modular because I ended up just making one loveseat, two chairs and two ottomans and am saving the extras for either a different room or when I move to a bigger place. I was very skeptical about ordering a couch in a box from Amazon, but it is absolutely wonderful! It's gorgeous, soft, comfortable, and plus size friendly. It arrived in 3 boxes and was really easy to assemble. If you're thinking about buying it, don't hesitate because it is perfect.

The quality is fine. It’s not going to last forever but it’ll last a few years with care. We’re a family of three and we can all (including my 6+ foot tall spouse) can sit on it comfortably together. It was easy to build and came packaged well. I would purchase again. We wedged the throw pillows it came with between the arms and the back cushions and then added our own throw pillows and it’s solid and comfortable. It isn’t the best couch in the world and it is small but it isn’t the worst by any means and it’s absolutely worth what I paid. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Me and my wife purchased this couch for our new home after a a disaster with Wayfair, whose couch was hard as cement and coated $120 to return. We were hesitant of the quality for the couch considering the price, but we are extremely impressed. With only about an 1.5 hour assembly, which can be done with one person but it's much faster with two. Assembly was very straightforward with easy to follow instructions. The hardest part of the entire assembly was zipping on the armrests. We really love how plush and soft the couch is and every end of it is covered with pillow top cushions. It is extremely comfortably. And every cover is washable. For the price I can't imagine anything beating this, it is the perfect size for our home and all the cushions keep their shape after sitting. My only critical review of this couch is that it has a low seating height, not a deal breaker by any means We are just unaccustom to the lower height, but this couch still deserves five out of 5 stars. If this is your budget I would not hesitate, We would gladly purchase again, and it arrived ahead of schedule! ... show more

Good things: easy to put together, it's holding up well, it's attractive. Not so good things: back cushions are overstuffed, had to take a bunch out. Seat cushions tipped you forward, had to turn them around, which made it more comfortable but can't see the decorative trim.

I purchased the u shaped couch in dark grey. Which FedEx delivered 2 boxes and deliver the 3rd box to someone else’s address. Which they claim was the correct address. That’s another story for another day. I contacted the seller and was able to get my 3rd box today. The seller worked with me by staying in contact with me each day to try and help locate my third box. With both of our efforts being unsuccessful with FedEx. The seller sent me another box that would complete my set. this happened throughout the Thanksgiving holiday. By the way, the sofa is amazingly comfortable. Very easy to put together, cushions are thick and heavy, and fits beautifully in my apartment. The functionality I really love. Movie night couldn’t be better and my visitors really enjoy my new couch as much as I do. I must admit I slept on it a whole week before returning to my bed.😂 ... show more
