I cannot express enough, how much this couch fulfilled all my expectations. First, it came into boxes way before expected. The delivery was quite quick. Upon opening the boxes, everything was well packed, and there were no issues with missing parts, or scratches, or any damage from shipping because it was packed so well. Next, to put the couch together was quite easy. as long as you follow the directions, it can be put together within about an hour. This URRED sectional is simple to assemble. It is a soft sofa which just invites you to put your feet up and take a nap. The seat cushions and ottoman cushions are thick. The only problem to us was that the back support and two back cushions are a bit thin. To solve the problem we added 2 coordinating 24 x 24 pillows stuffed with shredded memory foam. The blue upholstery fabric is attractive and appears sturdy. For the very low price we are surprised to see such a well designed, comfortable sofa. We like it so much, we purchased another :) Update: after 8 months of heavy use by my hubby, me, and our 2 dogs, I can say these loveseats are holding up exceptionally well :) ... show more

I got this couch during prime days so it was about $100 less than it's usual lost price, I'd been eyeing it for a while and decided why not. It comes in 2 boxes, although they came on different days, lol and everything was well packed. It really wasn't bad to put together, I'm 5'1 100lb female and did it by myself in about an hour. My biggest complaint is that it seems like all the pieces in one of the boxes "puffed up" more than the other box. So, one side of the couch seems more "full" if you will. It is comfy, squishy though, I think I'm going to get a cushion support for under the bottom cushions. I got the black and the color is spot on, too. I needed a modular type sofa due to the entry to my apartment being super narrow, this did the job. Overall, for the price, it's a good option! ... show more

The quality is fine. It’s not going to last forever but it’ll last a few years with care. We’re a family of three and we can all (including my 6+ foot tall spouse) can sit on it comfortably together. It was easy to build and came packaged well. I would purchase again. We wedged the throw pillows it came with between the arms and the back cushions and then added our own throw pillows and it’s solid and comfortable. It isn’t the best couch in the world and it is small but it isn’t the worst by any means and it’s absolutely worth what I paid. ... show more

So I got everything today. It’s really not a bad couch. It’s comfortable and really is pretty easy to put together. It only took me about 2-3 hours by myself to put it together. They give you plenty of parts to put it together on your own. I can see me falling asleep on it while watching a movie. For the money it really isn’t bad. The day I ordered it, the company emailed me to let me know how I might receive box’s on a day or two apart which was really nice. I have no complaints. ... show more

A beautiful couch! Very easy to assemble- you don't even need tools. It is so comfortable for our office. The seats are deep, which is what we wanted for napping. All of our office neighbors are jealous!
