For the price it's a pretty good bike. Power is better than expected. Has some nice features like turn signals and good headlight. What is not good is the pedals and the seat which makes for a bad riding experience. The pedals do not hold weight well and bow due to their folding and plastic nature. A few upgrades like the seat and pedals make this a great bike for the money. Only other complaint is the throttle on my bike surges like waves instead of steady and smooth. Might do something about that later but it's not terrible and the PAS works really well anyway. If the throttle was right I would give this bike 5 stars for the price. ... show more

I definitely thought this would be somehow less thick. (The frame) Overall, the structure of the bike is great. The compact ability is a cool feature. seems very durable, but to carry it at least 50 pounds. Overall, I wish it was more smaller. This bike is not light. I just got my first electric bike, and it's so helpful to me. I've been used to riding a regular bike, it was so exhausting. This e-bike has 3speed levels, and honestly, I mostly stick to 1 or 2 for my daily commute. More than enough power to get me through the whole week without breaking a sweat. When the package first arrived, I was a little nervous about putting it together myself. But to my surprise, a lot of it came pre-assembled. The instructions were pretty clear, and the installation video online was super helpful. Still, since this was my first time assembling something like this, I reached out to customer service just to double-check my work and make sure everything was safe to ride. They were great and really put my mind at ease. One thing I have to mention – the removable battery is a lifesaver. Being able to take it out for charging is so convenient. And the fact that it folds up? Huge plus. I live in an apartment, so storage is always tight, but this folds up nicely and fits in a corner without taking up too much space. I'm really happy with it. My commute takes way less time and effort now. Definitely recommend it if you're looking for something reliable and easy to store ... show more

The item was not packaged properly and damage to several parts and missing bolts I contacted the seller and they requested proof of damages I sent photos of the damage and then they closed my case and never returned my email or tried contacting me so I’m going to put it back in the box and return it buyers beware as amazon is not transparent on this item I went online and found many complaints about the item and it’s seller DO Not BUY also beware of PAS crazy scary and definitely not easy to pick up and load in vehicles way too heavy ... show more
