  • super functional and great value
Overall, I like it. function at a value price. Fits an iPhone 14 Max no problem , and can use the touchscreen. The issue is more about glare so if the sun is high above, it might be difficult to read the screen. Also, the straps are extra long and need to be trimmed to avoid having them flapping in the wind. but functionally, I'd rather have extra long straps than short ones that dont fit. The length is so long that it could fit super extra beefy frames, and it would still have left over strap... yes, that long. I have not tested in the rain, so I can't talk to the level of waterproofness, but it seems to be solidly build with good quality materials. ... show more

  • Easy to See in the Sun, Easy to Text, Great Protection
This has turned out to be one of the most useful additions to my tractor. We have property with multiple dirt roads and large fields to maintain, so dust is a constant issue. It gets on the tractor, on me, and especially on anything I bring with me. Before using this, my phone would get completely covered in fine dust and dirt every time I worked. By the end of the day, I always had to wipe it down thoroughly with a damp cloth. Since using this phone bag, that’s no longer a problem. My phone stays fully enclosed and protected, even from very fine dust. One feature I really appreciate is the responsive touchscreen cover. I can easily wake my phone and even send texts through the plastic, which is a big advantage because taking it out would mean handling it with dusty hands. The built-in sun visor is another great feature. It significantly reduces glare and makes the screen easy to see in bright sunlight. The mounting system is very secure. It attaches with Velcro straps that hold tight, even with constant vibration and rough terrain from tractor use. That alone impressed me, since this environment is much harsher than typical biking conditions. I did notice the bottom strap is shorter than the top one, which seemed a bit odd at first. I’m attaching it to something much wider than standard handlebars, but it still manages to fit securely. There’s also a surprisingly spacious storage compartment beneath the phone. I can easily fit a large cloth or rag, earbuds, and reading glasses, with room to spare for a few extra items. Overall, this has exceeded my expectations. It’s durable, practical, and does exactly what I need: keeps my phone clean, protected, and accessible in a very dusty environment. ... show more

  • 6 weeks outdoors covering two bikes, still bone dry underneath
Background. I have a Trek Marlin 7 and my wife has a Specialized Sirrus, both live on our covered side porch because we don't have garage space. Covered doesn't mean dry though, wind-blown rain hits them at an angle and the bikes were starting to rust at the chain and derailleur. Bought this cover to actually protect them. Sized up to fit 2 bikes side by side. The cover is 420D oxford fabric and feels thick, not the tarp-grade plastic feel of a $15 bargain cover. Reflective seam piping is a nice touch for safety when I'm dragging trash cans to the curb early morning. We've had it on for about 6 weeks now, including 3 thunderstorms (two with hail) and several windy days. Pulled the cover off this morning to ride and both bikes were completely dry. The Trek's chain has not picked up any new rust spots, which it absolutely was doing before this. The lock hole in the lower frame is the actual sleeper feature. I run a cable lock through it and around both wheels so somebody can't just lift the cover and walk off with a bike. Hasn't been tested in anger but the design is right. Storage bag fits the cover when it's folded properly (mind you, "folded properly" took me a few tries). The bag has a small handle which is fine for moving it once a week. 1 star deduction is the elastic at the bottom hem. It's the same elastic from a fitted bedsheet, the bottom edge cinches kind of weakly so on really windy days the cover catches air and lifts at the front wheel. I tied a small bungee around the lower frame to fix it. Should ship with a proper drawstring or buckle, not just elastic. ... show more

  • I couldn't use my phone in this.
My phone doesn't fit in the case very well, you can't get the velcro to touch along the back and hold it in place. The space is just barely big enough for my Walmart Straight Talk Motorola 5g in it's normal case to fit in. The elastic that is supposed to hold the phone in combination with the velcro seems like it wants to kick the bucket as I wedged my phone in. There is a nice pocket under the phone for treats, leash, muzzle or even potty bags. If you toss the treats in by themselves, no packaging, they are going to get all over your phone. The inside of this looks like it's about to crack and crumble. As much as I want to say it's because of how it was crumpled up in the packaging, it really wasn't, so I have no idea why the inside is as crumpled and cracked looking as it is. I'm afraid to try using this with treats for my dogs because of that. The straps would not work to hold it at the center of my bike handles in the normal orientation that I use my phone. It would hold it across the handlebars in the sideways orientation if I wanted. The phone wont be useable for me at any point. The only possible place to put it would be on the bar that runs between seat and front wheel/handles and then it's not going to be usable there either due to the awkward positioning on my bike. The plastic on the front, which lies over the screen, does let my screen respond while the phone is on. There is no way I can turn my phone on while it is in the case. The shell prevents me from being able to squeeze the button. There is a spot that looks like it was meant to have a head phone jack run through it but, you look inside and it's sealed. Not really sure what that's for. The actual, outer materials all seem of a nice quality. The stitching looks nice. The straps do not look like they are going to rip off, easily. There is a bit of hi-vis lettering on the sides of the case and the outer material seems to have a good reflectiveness to it. I ultimately knocked it down because the inner liner looks sus, and the fact that I can't actually use my phone while it's in the case if I wanted or needed to while I was out with my dogs. My phone is being weird so I'll have to try uploading the pictures I took later. ... show more

  • Functional, mostly - but not a well thought out design
Great idea, bad execution. This frame bag lacks a ton of features found in other similar items. While the main selling point, a frame bag that allows you to see your phone while riding is accomplished my biggest gripe about it is how it attaches to your bike frame. It uses 2 hook an loop straps that go around the top tube, then a third strap that goes around the headset. The issue arises when the headset starts moving, causing the bag to shift and move with it, even with the straps that are around the top tube tightened to an extreme amount. As an additional annoyance, the straps are far longer than they need to be (and I have a larger than average top tube) so they hang out. You could cut them if it really bothered you, but it just feels like a design that wasn't thought out very far. The icing on the cake for me is the 'headphone thru-hole" in the bottom of the bag that doesn't actually exist as the inside is sealed shut. I can't recommend this product unfortunately, there are better designs available. ... show more

  • A bike bag to keep a phone accessible during the ride.
This is a very useful little item; NOT a waterproof bike, as is billed at the current time, but a waterproof bicycle bag for the top tube that also has a clear window for a mobile phone. I have another one from a more well-known brand, and as far as quality goes, it seems comparable. I really like that there's enough space even for larger phones and/or ones that have an "armored" case. I appreciate, too, that there's some room for heat to dissipate in the pouch behind the phone as well. The only thing that I might change here myself is that the straps are smaller than on the bag I already have, and due to the nature of how these are mounted, I probably would have picked straps that seem a little bit more heavy-duty. However, there are three of them, which should be adequate for most things, short of filling the bag with coins or something. ... show more

  • Secure phone holder and frame bag
I got this frame bag primarily to replace the handlebar phone holder I was using. The handlebar holder I was using would move around at the slightest bumps on trails and it was getting frustrating constantly adjusting it. I am very pleased with this frame bag for several reasons. First, it securely holds your phone in place with an elastic strap and a Velcro flap. The touchscreen actually works but as others have mentioned, it needs to be wiped down if it gets wet. The zipper works smoothly and its construction creates a water resistant seal. The bag is made of a tough, flexible material and the storage is large enough to store a first aid kit, snake bite kit, multi tool, and car keys. This bag is also more convenient than bags that go under the seat as everything is accessible while in the saddle. There are 3 strong Velcro straps used to attach the bag to your bike. One goes around the head tube, another goes around the frame down tube, and the other goes around the cross tube. My bike has a large down tube and the strap was plenty long enough to go around it. Once attached, the bag stayed secure and the handle bar freely moves. The bag did not get in my way while moving around on the bike which is impressive considering the size of it. Overall, I'm very pleased with this bag especially for the price. I highly recommend getting this if you're looking for a phone holder with storage capacity. ... show more

  • Good quality phone bike bag.
Good phone bag for most bicycles. For use with the bigger phones most people have nowadays. So far keeps water out good with no real leaks or seeping of the water. Quality is good and for the price is a very good value for the money. Made of good materials and feel solid. Good inexpensive choice to add storage to your biking experience. ... show more
