The first time I rode it in rain, it stopped working about 15 minutes in. I let it dry and it started working again. A few days later, I rode it in the rain again. It stopped working and days later does not work at all. You'd think an ebike should be durable enough that it can stand some *rain*. Not this one. Even when it was working, it was only getting 30 miles per charge and, at best, might go 24 MPH. Terrible product.

This installation is a bit complicated. It took my husband some time to install it. It was fully charged for more than 4 hours, and the tires were wide and stable.It's fast to shift to third gear,it runs steadily，The only thing for me is that the car body is relatively high, my feet are hard to touch the ground, and the cushion has been adjusted to the lowest level, which may be because I am not tall, but it is suitable for my husband.

The packaging was great, assembly was easy, but the rear brakes were making a very loud squeaking sound, so I had tt get it repaired, which cost me a lot of money. The manufacturer did not offer much assistance. They should make sure each bike is tested before they pack and ship

The media could not be loaded. I got this bike a week ago and I really enjoyed it a lot. Its black color makes it stands out and looks very cool. It's very powerful when I first used it, I was shocked on how fast it can go. This have made my life easier since I don't have to walk to grocery store or walk to the park, I can just ride this electic bike.
