It comes in lovely colors and does the job! It has some folds and wrinkles that look like they are going to be permanent but are just visual. It does lack some of the stability that more expensive brands offer, but for at home practice this is really a great option and I'm very happy!

I’ve made up exercises to use this Pilates ring with, and they are great exercises but the Pilates ring works the best and really Spond the ideas for the exercises. I start with the ring up on my left-hand side overhead I bend down, circling around and back up and around down and back up to the right hand side. Then I repeat it from the right hand side. I also do inner thigh exercises leg lifts, as well as squeezing exercises inner thigh. This Pilates ring is so wonderful there’s no end to what you can do with it and make up with it! Well-built, well-made, and so easy easy to use. That’s all I can say is that it’s a wonderful wonderful product and to buy one. No disappointment . ... show more
