How many speed modes does this electric scooter have? There are 3 speed modes: 9 mph, 12 mph, and 16 mph. Press the M button once to change the speed to meet your need. How do I turn on/off the headlight? Double press the M button, and the light will turn on. Double press the M button again, and it will turn off. What is the max range of the electric scooter? The maximum range per charge is 22 miles, but please note that the number varies on rider's weight, riding surface, slope gradient, surrounding temperature, riding style (stop-start or cruise), battery level, etc. How should I inflate the tires? The tires on URBANMAX C1 electric scooter is pneumatic. You should inflate it with a bike pump. Please be noted that the recommended air pressure for the tires is 2.2-2.5 bar (319-362 psi). What is the difference between URBANMAX C1 and C1 Pro? URBANMAX C1 Pro has two shock absorbers which make riding smoother and comfortable; C1 Pro has a aluminum body while C1 is iron; The battery of C1 Pro is 36V 10.4Ah while that of C1 is 37V 7.5Ah so C1 Pro can go faster and longer. I’m absolutely delighted with this scooter. Assembly was quick and straightforward, and it’s lighter than my current scooter. Despite its compact size, it rides fast—even with an adult rider—and handles hills with ease. The battery life has been great so far; after about 70 minutes of use, there were no signs of power loss. I also appreciate the practical touches, like the rear basket, which has plenty of room. The front headlight is another thoughtful feature—it provides just the right amount of illumination. There is also a brake light in the back that connects to the basket. There are two handlebar brakes and a bell. Accessories includes a phone holder and a lock chain. I’ve had this scooter since last year and she’s still going strong I love the color of the scooter bc it’s purple and girlie The scooter goes pretty fast it goes upwards to 18 mph and it gets me where I need to go It’s fun to ride and ppl always ask me how much and where did I buy it I’ve bought accessories for it like a dog bag that hangs on the handle bars for my chihuahua Rocky A speaker for my music and a phone holder and a cup holder Customer service is superior to almost all the other customer service I’ve had on Amazon, they are wonderful ,they listen and they replace parts for you. I think it’s awesome and it’s a great investment and if you wanna go have fun with your kids too it’s great. it’s good clean fun. I never worry if it’s gonna break down because I always charge it before I leave and it keeps charged for a long time. I can travel all across town and then back so the range for the battery is good. I also bought some lights that light up off the handlebars and I do like that. It has a front light and when you hit the brakes, it has the brake light. I bought a gel, memory foam seat cushion for it, and it makes it more comfy on my tush. I would love to buy more scooters in the future from Urbanmax ! They have my loyalty now ! I love my scooter!! We live in the country so I use this scooter every single day to pick up amazon packages at our gate and to get the mail. I also belong to a camping group where many of our members also have scooters we ride around the RV parks . It’s small enough to travel with and sturdy enough to rely on.     • Decent ride for the price

I wanted to wait to leave a review so if any issues were to arise I'd know and be able to share. It was short easy assembly. It charges pretty quick. Rides smooth and the battery last pretty good. It goes up inclines with ease and doesn't slow down even when strong winds are pushing against me. The downfalls, the kickstand is a pos that is constantly coming loose and dripping the scooter creating scratches in the paint. The trail light is way, way to low. If you put anything in the basket it can't be seen which really limits and driving from dusk on. The brakes, both front and rear, have squeaked terribly since day one. Looks like that's my first repair that should not be needed yet. The seat is pretty hard making the ride slightly uncomfortable. Lastly, the grip tape on the floor board has bubbles everywhere and it's continuing to lift. Another unnecessary repair that will need done sooner than later. I would but another one of I were shipping for one since overall it's not that bad. I just wish it didn't come with immediate repairs needed when it's new. ... show more

The motor has more power than I expected, and it gets up to speed quickly without feeling jumpy or unsafe. The ride is smooth on sidewalks and bike paths, and the brakes feel responsive without throwing you forward. I’m around average height and the handlebar height is comfortable, plus the deck has enough room so I’m not constantly adjusting my feet.
