I got this e-bike mostly to ride it to my job now I also ride it just for fun. It was my first time getting an e-bike, I was very skeptical about other companies, but also tired of ride apps taking half my paycheck, then I found this brand very affordable compared to others and it has all I need. It has some nice features; you can choose from I believe 3 different types of speed for it to run the first one is 9 miles per hour, the next one is 15 miles per hour and the third one is 20 miles per hour (depending on your weight and other factors of course). It also has a little computer on it that tells you your speed. You can pedal and it will assist or you can press the throttle button. If you pedal you save battery I am able to run 6 miles and the battery has never died on me yet I still always carry my charger (better safe than sorry), on the manual it says the more you use the bike, the longer the battery will last. It has built in front lights and rear lights that light up when I break which are very helpful and even more at night. I did add a brighter light just to have more visibility ahead. It is also very convenient since it is foldable so you can fold it and fit it comfortably in a car’s trunk in the case of a rainy day. The item is also very light to me about 30/40 pounds. The e-bike also brought all the tools you’d need to assemble it (even a screwdriver!!). I had reached out to their customer service regarding an issue I was having and they were able to respond and have a solution in less than 24hr. The media could not be loaded. We bought this for our son He quickly assembled it, he said it was super easy. He loves it because he has seen several of them in our neighborhood so he thinks the quality is pretty great. He says the seat is very comfortable and it's battery life is 25 mi. He uses it to go back and forth to work which is literally just one and a half miles away but because he doesn't have a car it's perfect. Thus far he says he's only taking it up to 16 mph so it does go pretty fast. It took me around 30 minutes to put it together and set it up, I found that it was easy to learn how to operate because of the different speed modes and rear disc brake gave confidence. It has lights, it folds to fit (including the pedals) in the trunk of my car, the seat height is adjustable. Overall I like the bike, enjoy riding it, and helps me get places. ... show more

This bike doesn’t take up a lot of space and the assistance from the throttle and power pedaling are nice when you need it. It’s not heavy or hard to use!

Its fun and it can almost hit 20mph on a straight away. However the battery time is awful and it is definitely NOT foldable in the way you'd need to do anything with it other than joy ride around the block. NOT for commuters.

This electric bike was ordered for my mother and is exactly what she wanted. It is easy to use, light weight and fun to ride. It is not a high-end electric bike, but is perfect for the money paid and fits her needs. We did have battery issues, but I have to say that customer service/support was absolutely outstanding. Seller was super responsive and went out of their way to make things better. They shipped a new battery and followed up with us and kept in touch through the whole process.
