    • This Bluetooth speaker works great once you get it to levitate.
The media could not be loaded. This product is awesome once you get the hang of getting it to levitate. The sound quality is great. It gets as loud as the device you are syncing it with. Since the control functions are on the speaker itself you might want to make sure to have the speaker turned on, fully charged and synced with your music device before levitating it. After a lot of tries, I finally got it to spin just to knock it back off trying to power it on. The instructions aren’t the best. So pay attention to the way the image of the fingers are around the orb of the speaker on the instructions. Since the whole base is magnetic with the exception of the center circle you want to lower the speaker down slowly until you feel the base try to pull the speaker out your fingers. Hold the speaker lightly by the orb right above the center circle of the base until the speaker feel as if it could stand on its own. Then slowly remove one or two fingers from the speaker at a time. However, the base pulls the speaker to it making a loud thumping sound. The colors don’t sync up but it is still awesome to look at. ... show more

    • Floating Speaker
This is a really nifty little speaker. It’s magnetic, so keep that in mind when setting it up and keeping it around other electronics. I believe the warning they give is three feet between devices. I had no problems getting it to work, connect, or play music, and it floats fine for me. The touch sensitivity works well; I usually press things lightly but this reacts without me having to press very hard at all. The volume seems fine as well; I didn’t turn it on full power since I’m in a group of apartments, but it works for my purposes just fine. I saw some other reviewers got directions that weren’t in English, but the ones I received were, so if you’re concerned about that it seems to be fixed. A few tips though—first, be sure that you follow the directions on how to turn it off so the speaker doesn’t slam into the base or catch your fingers in it. When you cut the power, they want to stick almost immediately if you leave them alone, and will stick any time they’re close and the power is cut, so keep them a good distance away so they don’t surprise you. Second, I would advise keeping it the minimum distance away from other electronics or magnets, just to be safe. I’m not an electronics pro, but I am a rocket scientist, so this would my guess as to why some of them don’t float (which could also happen during shipping). Magnets and electronics just don’t mix well in general. So overall, really great deal! Just make sure to read the instructions and hope you get a good set of magnets. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I was looking for a decorative Bluetooth speaker for a while, purchase this and with no regrets. In order to have the speaker floating, the base need to be plugged in with the included adapter and the orb need to be place in the right spot, which is about an inch above the center of the base. It take me couple tries for the orb to stay in place. I found the easiest way to place it in the correct position is to hold the speaker with two hand, shift and tilt it a little at a time. You will feel the sweet spot. Otherwise the magnet will suck the speaker to it's base. Once it is floating. Softly press the power button the Disco light show starts and you will find the Bluetooth device "SC-26" with your player. Pro: -Amazing futuristic look (reminds me of BB-8). -Loud volume -Nice glossy black finish. Base is very stable. -Fool proof Bluetooth connection. The simplest and most stable Bluetooth connection I have ever had so far. Con: -The base and the speaker light does not sync, you need to change the color manually -Hard landing the if speaker tipped over -Sound quality is fine but not outstanding -Mono sound output Conclusion: I bought this speaker for my bedroom playing news and audiobook. It is perfect for that purpose. I will say it is not for serious lossless music or hi-fi lover, and it is not it intended. However it is good for sci-fi lovers though.     • Amazed by the Sound Quality
I searched for "levitating bluetooth speaker" on Amazon and this was recommended to me. It is about 40% cheaper compared to the much more popular ICE brand which is top-reviewed among levitating speakers on several website. Initially I worried that this cheaper one may have compromised sound quality. However it turned out to be not a problem at all. The sound is very enjoyable and the volume is big enough. Both the speaker ball and the base had build-in flash lights and the entire set is very stylishly looking. (The speaker ball is smaller than the ICE one and personally I find it look better sitting on my computer desk.) The only thing I find inconvenient is that I have to unplug the base and connect the speaker ball to the power-socket via a USB line whenever I need to charge it (I seems to have to charge it every 2 or 3 days), since the base doesn't have a USB charging socket like the ICE one. ... show more

This speaker i would say is really mainly for its looks! its defiantly an eye catcher with its cool colors and floating in the air features, as far as sound its alright doesnt get as loud as i would want it to be, i bought this as a gift for my boyfriend because he loves speakers and music! it took him forever to figure out how to get the magnet ball to stick but after many tries he finally got it and now its easy for him. the reason why i gave it 3 stars was because of the sound quality and how difficult it was to get it to stick. ... show more

This speaker is an awesome conversation starter and also has quality sound. It was a little tricky at first to get to levitate. But when it does it's a trip. Dont think that you have a faulty device because it's a little tough getting it to float the first time. Once you have the feel of it, it's a piece of cake ... show more
