This does exactly what it claims to do...just in a frustrating kind of way. The straps that hold the player to the cart rail are really short. Not too short but short enough for it to be a frustrating exercise each time you go play golf. If you're a golfer you know what i mean...we need less frustration...not more. Also the stitching that holds the velcro to the strap is too far back and the strap is really hard to get through the plastic holder. You have to shove and cram it in there to get it to go through the hole . Another very frustrating exercise. I would make a pass on this one and look to other alternatives..or I could have gotten a dud made on a angry monday. Your choice. ... show more
