The media could not be loaded. This curtain of solar LED lights was almost long enough to cover the entire side of the garage. Now I can look out my bedroom or kitchen or laundry room windows and see a colorful display which brings me great joy. It was a lot of work partly because I am obsessed with centering things, and this was a rather large task. Initially and right up until the project was finished, I had issues with a possible fault in the line somewhere, but it is currently working. One downside to this product is the remote control that, like many other similar products with similar remotes, has to be pointed directly at the solar panel and be pretty close for it to work. I can't get it to work from inside even though my laundry room window is barely 15 feet away from the panel or even with the door open. Definitely a downside if it is cold and snowing and blowing 50 mph. A rather significant feature though is the ability to charge the solar panel through use of a USB C port - convenient if you have a party or other special event or occasion coming up for which you want to make sure the lights are fully charged. The supplied USB C cord though would require you to disconnect the solar panel to take it close enough to charge from a power source. A huge feature is the solar panel itself. The back of it with the digital display showing its current charge level, mode feature #, and the waterproof door to the USB C charging port are excellent advantages over a straight solar panel. I like that they give options of how and where to connect it. There is a lengthy cable running from the light string to the panel so that it should be easy to situate the solar panel in a sunny spot - no need to place it right next to the light string. That's a big bonus. One item I mention in the video is the fact that each light string has the exact same colors in the exact same order meaning that it will give a striped or rainbow effect. I had to go back to the marketing illustrations/doctored photos to assure myself I wasn't dreaming when I thought the colors would be placed randomly and not all in a row. HMMM. Not a huge disqualifier, but a little misleading on the marketing of the product. I guess I really wanted to have them all random. As I state in the videos, this was a major project requiring most of the day and even an hour or two the night before just getting the strings untangled and ready for the installation. So be prepared!

These lights are great, so bright and festive. I made the mistake of totally unpacking them and when I went to display them they were so mixed together that it took me hours to untangle them. But once I did they look absolutely beautiful. I recommend that you set them first and then let go to each strand one at a time. And once you do that, you will be impressed by the he length and width of these lights. And as I mentioned, they are extremely luminous and can be seen for a goodly distance. There is a remote control so that the display pattern can be changed to whatever you desire. Indeed, Christmas is nigh. While these lights can look good any time of year if you still need some lights for the holidays act quickly and set these up, carefully of course, as soon as you can.

I like these cool temperature of these lights. The hooks were thoughtful to hang the lights. Unfortunately, my pergola does not have a gap, so I ended up using zip ties for these. I didn't want the gap to be too wide, so I had to strategically align them somehow... fortunately, I did not tie the zip ties so tight that i couldn't open and close it like a curtain... whichbis the whole purpose... After that, the installation was super easy and i really appreciate the fact that this uses solar and came with a charging USB. It'll really come in handy during the winter and on cloudy days when the solar panel can't absorb as much light. Also, the timer is great to have so it is not on all night. There is a 'wifi' signal on the back of the panel. I think it is for remote detection/range and it does not have wifi capability... although that would be awesome... Regardless, I usually set at a certain mode and keep it there. So I did not test out the remote range. Overall, I think these lights are good quality, the appearnace and brightness is subtle and not obnoxiously blinding, and it sets a good ambiance at night. I do wish that there is a mode for twinkling lights though. That would make this thebperfecr set. The price of this set of lights is on the higher range of what I'd spend on solar lights, but I think it is still a good value to achieve the look I want and if it proves to last longer than my other solar lights, then I think this is well worth it.

These solar lights are very cool. They charge up during the day and automatically come on at dusk and stay on for hours until they run out of juice and start the cycle again. As you can see in the photo, I put them on one side of my cabana. I definitly want to get more of these to do all of the sides. I really like how you can literally just set it and forget it and it just works. It does have other modes that flash and blink but I prefer just the steady state. I also like how you can simply plug it in to normal power if you didn't get a solar charge that day or if you need it longer than it's charge provides. I've never had to do that but I live in AZ it's sunny here even at night LOL (just kidding) These are great though and I highly recommend them.

Excited that the lights arrived quickly in time for the holidays, but plan to leave in place on patio for spring/summer parties. The LED lights add a nice touch for celebrations, but may need more! Solar power or charge options guarantee you don't have to worry about cloudy days. Untangling is the main issue, but once you master that, it goes a little faster. Time will tell how waterproof they are . . . just have to see how long they last without problems.

These light strings look exactly as pictured which is really nice. We have them on our gazebo. But plan on a lot of time to put the lights up and even more time to take them down. At least out of the box the individual strings are each bundled and tied up. But when taking them down, each string will need to be bundled back up. An other thing to consider is your local weather. If you get a lot of wind, I believe they would turn into a tangled mess.
