I should not have bought this item before vacation because I really would like to return it. Unfortunately I have missed the 30 day window and am not stuck with a vacuum that isn't worth a dollar. It does NOT clean the floor of my pool. I would not recommend this vacuum!

    • Couldn’t get out of the deep end
We returned this item because it couldn’t get out of the deep end of our pool. If your pool is all one depth it will do a good job but it couldn’t go up the gradual incline from 5 to 3 feet.

    • Easy to use
I love this pool vacuum! It gets the job done in my above ground pool. Picks up small debris and even leaves. Beware though it does stir up smaller particles that rise to the surface. My skimmer gets a lot of that but, I usually use a fine net to catch the debris that gets kicked up. In about an hour and a half, my pool is clean! It did not get stuck on my ladder mat or, a couple of wrinkles like some reviews wrote. I lift the ladder up because it will get stuck there sometimes. The only thing that happened recently is that it didn't seem to charge. It takes awhile 2-3 hrs I think for a full charge. Hopefully, I won't have a charging issue as I may have not plugged it up properly. ... show more

    • Wheels fall off each time
We have had nothing but problems with this vacuum. At first we lost a pin that held on the wheel. They sent us 10 more pins which I now understand why. The wheel falls off every time we used it. It doesn’t to through a full cleaning cycle. We have to watch it constantly. I would find a different product. ... show more

    • It works with issues
It works but gets stuck easily. It got stuck on the seams and those creases that happen when not getting the pool down perfectly. There must also be little high points on the bottom of my pool. When it goes, it really goes. It goes so fast the round shape will push particles on the bottom off to the side. The jet of water that propels the unit will also send particles into the water column.It must have ran for more than 2 hours the first time, and it got most of the dirt. It was very good at getting sand off the bottom. The owner's manual says something about buzzer sounds. I heard no buzzer sounds. Also the on off button I guess is supposed to light, it doesn't. I don't know if it's off or on. I still like it so I am not going to let these little annoyances make me send it back. ... show more

    • Waste of money. Stops after 15 minutes.
The robot starts up and does like 10 passes and after about 10 minutes just drives against the wall and stays there. Almost like it thinks it's done, but it only did like 1/4 of our 18ft round pool

    • Axels no good. Wheels fall off
We put this vacuum in the pool for the first time and it was zipping right along and then it stopped because one of the wheels fell off. My husband replaced the axel on that wheel and it is great. Put the vacuum in the pool the next day and 2 more wheels fell off. My husband replaced those axels also and is waiting to replace the fourth one. The functions are good. The technology seems to be good. I think this company could surely spend a couple more pennies on good axels for the wheels. How stupid. ... show more
