I wish I can give a 10 Star. This film is beautiful. Easy to install. The quality is amazing. I did get a few bubbles but I have to add more water. The sun light comes in but this film blocks the majority of it and at the same time gives beautiful colors. My plants and I are happy with it. It’s not completely transparent. It protects from the sun.

This does what it says. It is easy to put up make sure your window is damp not dry. You must peel a layer off of it before you hang it. This is best done using the bit of tape they give you to peel away the film on the roll. The tools are inside the cardboard tube. Easy to cut with normal scissors and the back has a pre-printed grid to follow. It is mirror like in the day time, good enough to check your appearance, and anyone can see everything at night time. They do tell you this and I have confirmed it. As far as making it cooler, I live in Florida so, that may not be possible. I didn't notice any cooler temps. I bought it to cut the sun's glare on my computer instead of using curtains and for that purpose it is a great product.

This truly has turned a room that originally felt like a sauna into one I can actually bear to go into. Out of any window cling I bought in the past, this one by far was the easiest to install. It comes with everything you need and one side is lined for easy cutting. I’m definitely buying more for other rooms, not just for keeping heat out but for the privacy factor as well. The price is great, it adheres well, provides amazing privacy, bubble-free, easy to adjust, easy to measure, and cools the room. What more could you want?

Definitely blocks sunlight, get a good quality exacto knife

Just applied my first piece on my lower window, top half is next (split window, not one solid pane). I watched youtube videos to get some tips on the best way to apply it first and it went well. Comparing the bottom to the top half which I'm doing next, it definitely makes a big difference and will surely reduce the heat in my office from the hot Florida sun. Do this before starting this project...buy yourself a good exacto knife to trim the film edges once you have it applied, the one that is included is awful and fell apart in my hands before I could even use it. I managed to piece it back together and made it work the best I could but the edges I cut aren't perfect because of struggling with the cheap knife. This window is always covered with blinds though so the minor imperfections on the edges will never be seen so I'm okay with that as long as the film is decent quality and so far it seems pretty good. Before continuing on the next half tomorrow I'm going out to get a good exacto knife though, the included one is in the trash. The film looks good, as I perfect the application process I will do the windows in the living areas as well which will need precise cuts and edges because I'm a perfectionist lol. For the price I'm happy so far and the included instructions are intentionally comedic and hilarious which is a nice touch! If the rest of this window comes out great I'll definitely be purchasing more. Attached pic is from the outside of the house with the bottom half done for reference.

Incredible Quality, Ease of Instillation

The installation instructions were very clear and to the point. My wife and I installed the entire roll on nearly all upstairs windows in an hour or so. We noticed a difference in heat within 30 minutes of installation. The entire upstairs used to feel like we needed fans running to keep cool but after installing this screen, it lowered the temperature by at least 5 degrees. The privacy point of the screen works as described, mirror finish from outside looking in. Regarding adhesiveness, once the soapy water dries, giving you time to cut and position, it’s stuck like glue. Hasn’t budged an inch. I was not expecting the quality of product we got for the price. My only complaint, the squeegee tool that helps remove the air bubbles, the micro fiber material wore off almost immediately. We swapped to a similar Cricut tool my wife had on hand and it worked perfectly. Well done and will buy more if the need arises!

I have a patio door in my kitchen. I would have been tempting fate had I hung curtains because they would of ended up about 2 inches from burners on the stove. Not good. I saw this product and had to have it. Easy to put up. When the sun is out, you get rainbow colors everywhere the sun shines through. So appealing when I'm drinking my coffee in the morning. I started about 18 inches down from the top of the door. Love,love how this looks. You cant see out and they can't see in. Great price. You will get lots of compliments.

BEST DIY EVER

I bought this with the plan to cut my out stencils out of it and it worked out PERFECTLY!! You can buy pre-cut decals for your windows of the same material but I noticed it was more expensive and I didn't like the shapes they came in. I just wanted simple stars and hearts and I was amazed how effortless it was to do myself, and there's a ton of material leftover. Gorgeous rainbows all over my house and less blinding direct light. If you want to do the same DIY I did, these are the materials I used not included in the package; -Basic scissors (the razer this product came with felt a bit too flimsy to accurately cut rounded shapes for me.) -Cardboard or card stock; something solid but easy to cut to make DIY stencils. -Dry-erase markers that could easily be wiped off the privacy film or window if I accidentally got it on it directly. The privacy film has a backing sort of wax paper that's perfect for drawing stencils on for cutting, and it's even got guidelines for straight cuts if you don't want anything fancy. The package for this product came with a small hard squeegee that was the perfect size for this DIY as well as a tiny spray bottle to make water application easy. The privacy film is also super easy to clean if you accidentally get the inner side dirty! All you need is just some water and wipe it off; good as new. This is a huge advantage in comparison to something that's sticky, and if you apply it wrong to the window it's easy to move and reapply it elsewhere. I am overwhelmingly happy with this product but I will be fair to give some cons; -The texture of the stained glass can make it a little hard to squish all the air bubbles out. Luckily any leftover air bubbles actually look pretty beautiful with this style of texture haha -I struggled to wash my window after applying these ^^; but that's what I expected going in. As long as the stencils are big enough and applied properly, they shouldn't come off with typical window wipedowns.

Works, but not as clear as more expensive brands.

It does what it says on the tin. I had only one window left to do, so I went less expensive, there is a haze on this one that the more expensive ones don't have. Its like there is slight smudge on the whole window, and outside is slightly distorted. Not overly so, you could still tell who it is outside, but everything is just a bit off. For the price, no biggie, but I do like the more expensive film on windows I often look out of. No bubbles, easy to apply, not sticky at all, and everything you need is included. 4 star product.
