GREAT but NOT if you’re 5’7 or TALLER. This massage chair is excellent overall, but only if you’re 5’7” or shorter (maybe up to 5’7.5” at most). Anyone taller won’t be able to fully enjoy the leg massage feature. It’s tricky to explain exactly why this matters so much, so here’s a simple analogy:
Imagine sitting in a child’s chair, but with unusually tall legs. Even if you scoot your butt all the way back into the seat, your knees still stick out over the edge and hang in the air. It’s even worse in a reclining massage chair because: • The seat isn’t deep enough to let your entire thighs (the upper part of your legs) rest flat and supported inside the chair. • Extending the leg rest downward doesn’t help much, since the main problem is the lack of seat depth—your thighs remain unsupported, and the leg massagers can’t reach or work properly on the right areas. In short, taller people end up with their legs awkwardly positioned, making the leg massage ineffective and uncomfortable. See the photos of added to explain the problem. When you read the reviews, some people say oh we all tried it. The entire family, and everyone was happy with it no matter how tall but that’s kind of like what happens when you never tried those types of chairs before you just enjoy whatever that is…. But once you own one, you are trying to enjoy all the features. And this one is very limited size wise. Just not for tallER people. it’s too bad. The company does not do enough to disclose that. Other than that, the chair is really awesome, beautiful very comfortable, easy to install and I love the massage strength. It is seriously strong and you can adjust, but I like it this way. I didn’t use it too much but everything works and it’s a true pleasure. I will reach out to the company to see if they will replace it for me with a bigger one or I need to return it.

This is a great chair at a decent price. They really thought out being able to move this chair and put wheels on one side which makes it really easy for one person to move it around to where it want it to be. Really easy to put together, had the box open and chair built within 15 minutes. The built in presets make using this chair easy enough for anyone to use. The chair is really comfy with multiple massage options.

The chair is narrow which I expected. It was easy to put together. Took me a bit to figure out the display screen and I’m not sure I have it all figured out yet. Comfort wise it’s not awful but it’s not great either. Padding is a little thin. The biggest issue I have is that I read the description and some reviews and the chair is said to accommodate someone up to 6’ tall. I’m 6’ tall and I’m about 3-4” too tall for this chair. This chair is for anyone that is 5’8” or 9” and under

First let me say it was fast shipping, they provide great costumer service, and you get a nice massage. I haven't had a chance to use all the features as it arrived yesterday. I assembled it right away. And took it for a test run. It was easy enough to assemble the chair. It's quiet when in use. The control panel is fairly simple to navigate. My favorite parts of the massaging chair is the hips, neck, and feet. The fact that the chair rotates to zero gravity it's awesome. However, I find that i can't handle the lower back massage at zero gravity even if the intensity and speed are lowered. It's a bit painful to me, but if hot like deep tissue treatment in your lower back then you will love that feature. My only wish is that the massagers could be adjusted to to move to the upper part of the back and shoulders. Because there is nothing massaging the Rhomboids or Trapezius muscles. There is a big concentration on the lower and mid regions of the back which is great if you have lower back issues. Let's talk customer service: I can tell you it's top notch. I found that one of the wheels was broken when unpacking, I send a message to customer support and they responded quickly. They apologized and have already shipped out the new wheel. BTW, I'm writing this review from the comfort of my Gold Time massaging chair and letting it guide my words for you.

This is not a fancier recliner. If that is what you were looking for like me and thinking I'll spend extra couple hundred bucks on one that can do heat and massage you are being fooled just like I got. I'm surprised this company didn't get sued yet for hurting people. this is not ergonomic it's not good for you, it hurts, it's painful. It appears since I just received the chair today and I've already decided that it needs to go back they want me to pay for the shipping! I sure hope the customer service shows up on this one and we figure out what to do but this chair is a piece of crap! do not buy this chair. it's a waste of money and I bet there's millions of them slightly different name but it's the same chair and it's a piece of crap and it is absolutely garbage. I am 6'1 and 240 lb and this chair hurts me. I do not fit. it doesn't support my head my head is too tall for the support and it might feel nice to a smaller person with not wide shoulders but it actually squeezes my shoulder so hard that it hurts and it's very uncomfortable. the shiatsu rollers are digging into my back if I try to do the zero gravity and turn on the massagers it is literally hurting me. I paid over $500 for this chair and I feel like I just got Hoodwinked or swindled. Total bait and switch
