The cone is super soft and comfortable for my pup, and it's also really easy to inflate and deflate. The material is gentle on their skin, and the design is perfect for preventing them from licking or biting at their stitches. I liked this cone a lot better than the first one I had bought. My sweet baby had to have surgery and I wanted him to have comfort during his healing. It was easy to put together and a good price for what you get. If you have a slobbery dog though definitely have to clean the clear visor 1-2x a day or it gets stinky. It also has little notches for their collar to go through! I recommend

UPDATE Dec. 3rd 2024: NoarWin reached out and replaced my broken dog cone. They also informed me that it was still under warranty - they never informed me how long it actually is so check the product page to see if they've updated it. I've updated my 1 star review to 5 stars. However, I haven't tried the replacement yet. 5 stars for excellent customer service. ----- Original Review Below ----- I thought this was going to be our last dog cone thing. It broke after 2 months of inconsistent use. Out of warranty... a 1 month warranty. For background: I have owned and used several different styles of dog cones from a generic non-transparent plastic one; a "nicer" black, foldable, velcro one; a transparent plastic one (the pup definitely liked that one better than the 2 previous ones that she could see out of); an inflatable tube "cone"; another inflatable tube cone; and this one. Once I tried my first inflatable cone, I was sold. So was my pup. But I didn't know then that they should NOT be fully inflated and it popped. I got my second inflatable one because... see above (1st one popped) but I bought a "fashion" one that looked like a slice of watermelon. haha. It was adorable but it wasn't thick enough to stop her from reaching her front paw with her longer snout. I'm sure it would be totally fine for a dog with a shorter snout. The watermelon is pictured so you know this is all facts and not a fake review from a competitor. (All of this was over a period of 8 to 9 years.) Other than the inflatable one that I over-filled (user error), we have never broken a dog cone before. Sooooo when I saw this one, I thought I had found my "forever" cone. Wrong. About 2 months after I got it, one of the inner collar straps popped off after inconsistent use. There was a strap sized hole in the inflatable portion. First thought, "bummer." Second thought, "it's out of the 1 month return period". Third thought, "surely there is a warranty at 2 months in." Today, "Nope." There is only a 1 month warranty. The hole has widened to about 3 times the size (see picture). Luckily we don't need it right now but still a bummer. I hate how there is an over abundance of pet supplies and you never know what the quality or service of a product and manufacturer/seller. So many fly by night companies.

Large male dog 76lbs german shepherd/husky TLDR; my dog hated the elizabeth cone after surgery and this was a total game changer! It wasn’t nearly as clunky and cumbersome as the E cone and I loved how it attaches to the dogs collar so it doesn’t fall off. It’s very durable and you can also wash the fabric cover and easily clean the plastic. I recommend getting this product if you have a large dog because they might still be able to reach their incision site with just the inflatable part in so it’s great to have that extra plastic part to add on. it functions exactly how it’s described, the size was perfect and it was very quiet for him to wear. I truly hope this was his last surgery but if not I will only be using this from now on! I can’t say enough good things about this product! My dog was neutered and I knew he was going to need the cone for the full recommended 14 days because he’s a licker. The E cone the vet sent him home in [last picture] made him miserable! He would stand or sit all day with his head hanging down and whine. I physically had to make him lay down and even then he would sit right back up. He would freak out and run away if anything touched the cone so I had to hold a small bowl of water for him to drink and he would only eat if I hand fed him 1 kibble at a time. I thought he just needed to get used to it but after 4 days nothing changed and I had to find a solution. I tried a donut collar without the cone attachment and within not even 5 minutes he was trying to lick at his incision and he could reach it. He has a long body so i should’ve considered that but I was just focused on getting him out of the cone of shame! Finally I got this one and it was like night and day! He was happy, wagging his tail, eating and drinking on his own and showing his goofy personality again! It took him an hour to get over the shock of touching the cone and ripping giant Velcro strip and then putting this new one on but once a little time passed he was noticeably happier and himself.

Large was too big for my dog that has a 16.5” neck. I ordered a size down to try. I did use her collar to secure it but that leaves a gap between the donut and her neck. She slipped her front leg through that gap and got stuck. An fyi for future buyers: there is no pump included and the velcro is a thin black strip. It doesn’t seem very secure. Maybe I received a dud. I’m returning it and hopefully the new size I ordered will be better.
