The headrest really makes this chair. I have this chair without the headrest and it's better with it. The lumbar support is adjustable, the seat cushion is nice and thick. I like that the armrests fold up so that you can push the chair all the way under your desk. This is a nice chair for my wife @ 5’ 4”. I am 6ft tall and the headrest is too low for me. I have to slump down for a effective headrest. But then I am limited to 20 minutes on the chair due to discomfort. The major flaw is that the headrest is not adjustable and is in a fixed position. This review is for my wife and her rating is 5 star. My rating is 1 star. My suggestion is to get something that has more adjustability. As far as the rest of the chair is concerned, it truly is a solid chair and will last many years for sure.

I am 5'6" 140lb and this chair was near perfect for me. It's got a comfortable seat cushion, the head rest is nice, and the lumbar fits me perfectly and the adjustability on both of those is very nice to have. It also raises really high if you might need that. It leans suuuuuper far back which I really like though it took some getting used to cause it really leans back but I like it a lot. The only thing for me is that the ark rests are a little too low and the material hurts the elbows a little but it's fine because it fits under my desk without me needing to put the arm rests up. Wouldn't hesitate to buy again

This chair is comfy and also fits exactly where I want it to. It has an amazing amount of height, if you are a taller person. I also removed the lumber support since my hubs is a robot and does not bend (not literally, just figuratively). It was an easy mod by just popping off a plastic piece and removing 2 screws. Once you put the plastic cap over the screw area there us zero clue it was ever there.

I needed a new desk chair for my office. This had good reviews and was in the price range I was looking for. It took about 45 minutes for my husband to put together (what a guy!) It is on the firmer side, but comfortable. It is a small chair, so I wouldn't recommend it for anyone above say 5'8" or with long legs. I'm happy with my purchase!

The desk chair is very comfortable. I am 5'10" and I appreciate the heighth of the chair and it easily adjusts. The headrest is a nice feature especially when I am leaning back. The chair can lean back or it can be locked. The cushion is comfortable and substantial, meaning I think it will hold its shape. The meshed back is cool and the armrests pivot up which is handy feature. The lumbar support is fine and the company will send a free back pillow designed for the chair. The company support is very good, they responded to my email to request a back pillow in a reasonable amount of time. The chair assembles fairly easy it took less than 30 minutes.
