The mounting hardware is a nightmare for the 2002 for explorer. Just be sure you mount properly ans possibly keep your old bolts, and the bolts that came with this radiator where absolutely garbage If I remember correctly. Still working to this day.

Had to use the original clips off old rad and put on the new rad so the bolts would thread, if you do that before having it in place its alot easier, gloves will save your knuckles!
