I'm very pleased with this product so far. I received it quickly, it was packaged neatly and professionally, and I installed it myself on our 37 foot 5th wheel. I'm a 75 year-old man, and yet I still feel the installation was easy. I mounted to camera where the old camera had been located (top of the 5th wheel, at the rear cap, facing aft. I ran the cable down the ladder and secured it with zip ties. I ran a plastic conduit along the frame of the 5th wheel, and fished the cable through the conduit up to the front of the 5th wheel. I opted for the vacuum-mount for my "free present," and received it within a few days. I mounted the monitor on the windshield using the vacuum mount, and connected the cabling to the cigarette lighter. The image on the monitor is crisp and clear. This camera setup was truly the ONLY way we made it moving with a 26' box truck across multiple state lines. The camera clarity is really great, we had the camera screen sitting on top of the moving-truck dashboard and on the entire drive - it was SO helpful in not only seeing what was behind us, but also trucks/cars coming up on us in lanes next to us. This system worked well for us. The view on the left is camera mounted on upper rear of trailer and the image on right is 2nd camera mounted inside trailer. We haul a Harley Davidson Tri glide motorcycle and needed a way to keep a eye on it. This worked very well. If you have the skills to install this properly it is the best. I have had three other wireless units on my RV's and none of them were good nor did they last. I took the time to install this properly inside my RV . The quality of the picture is the best I have seen. I will never do wireless again. Works wonderfully. I was worried that with camera and monitor 65 feet apart would be too much but no problem Maybe a bit too much fish eye on the lens cuz backing up it distorts the view a bit so I can’t be confident how far I am away from s fence.
