Even though I don't have a Samsung model stove, I measured and remeasured the cheap, plastic knobs I wanted to replace. I got these and although the "D" fits, it faces the wrong way for my model stove. I still love them. They are heavy duty and solid. And although they aren't specifically for my stove, they work property: turning all of my gas pilots on and off. Upgraded DG64-00473A Gas Stove Knob are well made and shiny like the original ones. The only problem is that one piece has a fitting issue. Other than that, I think this is a good replacement with a competitive price.

Finally, a set of replacement knobs that are that are just like the original. After several years, the plastic post inside the original knobs on my Samsung knobs have started breaking. I ordered a couple of other replacement sets of knobs but none of them worked well because they were cheap painted plastic which did not have an extended center post. These dwrparts Upgraded DG64-00473A Gas Stove Knobs are exactly like the originals (see photos). They have a nice shiny chrome finish on the outside. On the inside, it has a metal plate which gives it a nice hefty feel to the knob. The center post extends slightly longer than the edge of the knob which allows you to push the knob in to turn on the gas without the knob rubbing against the face of the oven. ... show more

Shiny finish, and bright markings that are easy to read. These are heavy duty knobs...quite literally heavy versus some of the plastic knobs that are out there. Unfortunately, these did not work for my cooktop since the notch is skinnier than the plastic knobs that I was trying to replace.
