I wanted to get some real time use of the Wiseld Wagon before I made any comments. I used it at the 57th Great Delaware Kite Festival to carry my kites, supplies, and of course, myself. Parking was about a quarter mile from the field, so the wagon was a great way to get to the kite flying field. Thereafter, I cruised around the field all day. I want to preface my comments by saying I'm a 77-year-old senior citizen with arthritic knees and hands, who walks with a cane. The REVIEW- CONS- The wagon does not come with any printed instructions. Instead, a You Tube link is referenced to view instructional videos. However, when you go to the link, You Tube says there is no video content. If you search WISELD on You Tube, you can locate some instructional videos. This is rather awkward to look back and forth while trying to assemble the wagon. Paper in hand would be much easier. As mentioned before, I have some physical impairment which added to my difficulties in assembly. Also, my arm reach made it very difficult to expand the wagon. After an hour's struggle, I was finally able to expand the wagon and push down the 2 center struts to lock the wagon open. I would highly recommend having 2 people tag-team the assembly. It took me a while to slide the battery on to the wagon, mostly because the battery is very heavy. PROS- I think half the problems I had in assembly were due to the fact the wagon is built like a battleship. Extremely well made, every part is firmly connected to another. When assembled, nothing is loose, and the wagon frame does not flex when in use. Works well in both riding and tow mode. I had no less than 12 people stop me to ask about the wagon and even take photos. Low speed is good for using in tow mode, since it is at walking speed, High sped it really flies, especially on pavement. I am very happy with my purchase. SIDE NOTE- I was contacted through Amazon. A customer wanted to know if the wagon could handle soft, loose sand. The Kite Festival was held at Cape Henlopen State Park, which is on the Delaware coast. There were patches of loose sand in areas around the kite field, and I happened to run into one of them. The wagon will bog down in loose sand, as the wheels are relatively small and the loaded wagon was heavy. I came to a stop and the wheels spun round, digging themselves into the sand.

Rock solid wagon can hold 2 full sized adults no problem. You can even order a trailer for it to carry more cargo. Only downside is it can’t do well on grass, the wheel doesn’t have deep texture to hold slippery surfaces. My favorite part is this company stands behind their product. I got an issue with the battery and reached out to them, then helped me fix it within no time. I am very confident they will help me down the road if I need in future. I know this is pricey but you get what you pay for

Received my cart and took it for a ride with my five dogs down to the dog park. It was fun and a definite conversational piece. I like to make sure my equipment is safe and secure when packing them up and when I asked the merchant about the magnetic buckle and how I could obtain another one, they simply just sent it. They are a very honorable company for doing that gesture. I definitely would recommend them and the cart to anyone interested.
