Lamp is nice & worth price paid. Assembly was fairly easy but 4 hands worked a lot better than 2 hands. The lamp shade came rolled up but was easy to assemble with the rings provided. This review is for those looking for a stylish and functional lamp. I'm talking about the Dimmable Floor Lamp. Let me tell you what it has to offer. The lamp provides illumination at 1000 lumens. For those not familiar with light output measurements, I’ll put it simply—it’s bright. In fact, it can be too bright, especially in the middle of the night, so the manufacturer wisely included a dimming feature. You just take the knob and turn it like this. The shade is made of linen, which adds a touch of cozy nostalgia. The construction is sturdy, and the lamp doesn't wobble—its base is heavy. The lamp is black and will fit into any interior. I wouldn’t say it’s particularly trendy, but it’s just nice. It came with an LED bulb, which I appreciated—I didn’t have to search all over the house; just plug it in and it’s ready to go. The only thing worth mentioning is that the lamp isn’t small; it might be a bit too big for a very tiny room. Overall, this is a great purchase for the money. I really like the way this lamp looks in my space and it was easy to put together. I like the dimmer feature and the lamp is sturdy. But unfortunately, when it is dim, it flickers occasionally which is annoying. I contemplated returning it but since it was only $35 I don't want to go to the trouble to take it all apart and try to repack it. This lamp was easy to assemble, it looks good, and you can't beat the price! One warning though, because it's inexpensive it not sturdy enough to have in an area where kids and animals play. Other than that it's a good buy!
