I was looking for a new office chair made for a larger person. This one I thought fit the bill. It was supposed to hold up to 350 lbs. and neither one of us are near that weight. I struggled to put this chair together, as it took me almost an hour. No real directions are included but I did watch the video several times and got the jest of it. I am 5'11 and my husband is 6ft. The seat of this chair is short, as in it only comes to about 6 inches from the back of my knees when setting down. This throws off my balance and it is totally uncomfortable. 2 days after it was put together the one wheel decides to not roll freely. I contacted the seller to see if they had replacement wheels and he said they did not. I had explained that they were not rolling freely, and I had no carpet, and I was rolling on vinal plank floors, and I also had no pets so pet hair wasn't an issue for the wheels. I received NO help from the seller as to what to do. I have had to buy replacement wheels for this chair, and it is less than 2 weeks old. I would have sent it back, but I have thrown the box away and I would have to unassembled it on top of it. If I could, I would give this chair and seller a negative 5 stars for this product. A $229.00 chair plus another $20.00 for new wheels. For that amount of money, I could have gone to the furniture store and got one. UPDATE: Seller offered and has partially refunded the price of the chair due to a misunderstanding on their part on the wheels. Both are satisfied so I have upgraded to 3 stars for the chair, and I just can't justify any more for the product due to the fact that the wheels should have lasted longer than what they did and the seller 4 just due to the continued communications and follow through. I am happy with the outcome.
