I've tried a number of hoops and this one isn't bad. I love that the weight is like a rubber soft material instead of hard plastic. The wheels on weight seem pretty stout and like they will hold up, as that's the main piece that has given out on my other hoops. I was impressed with how many extra links i had as im not a small person. I will recommend you leave 2 extra links on for the smoothest track for the weight as it tends to get stopped if it's too tight to waist. It does take some grip strength to get on and off and to remove links but it's solid when on and you don't feel like it's going to just pop open with use, again which I had a problem with a different hoop.

I got this hoop to workout with, (as it's intended) but i was disappointed to find out that it doesn't glide very well. It's comfortable, and easy to assemble and the quality was okay. Just disappointed in the track on the weight

I read one review saying it wouldn’t be easy to disassemble as a left handed person. I disagree. Because it is the same on both sides it was easy to disconnect for me. The whole family enjoyed using this. I also appreciate the few spare parts to make this adjust smaller or larger without using a full section. Be warned it is harder than it looks!

I honestly believe that this product doesn't work for everyone, I found it hard to get out of since it didn't have a release latch I tried effortlessly to get it to go around and mind you I do know how to hoola hoop and it wouldn't work for me. So I would rather go buy a cheap hoola hoop than to ever buy this product again.

Assembly is much easier than it looks! It was delivered tonight and within 10 mins it’s put together and I’m out of breath from using it. I’ve been wanting one of these for a long time. Finally got it! It is louder than I expected, but the rhythm kinda keeps you focused. Highly recommend
