I really like this vest, I just wish it was longer. I find that this vest creeps up on my waist and doesn't help as much once it rides up. You have two tension dials to adjust how much the vest pulls back on your shoulders to correct your posture. It's made of a mesh which breathes and doesn't get too hot. Overall if it was a little longer I'd give it 5 stars.

So 2 of my grandmothers had osteoporosis. All the women in my family used to just be on me all the time about my posture. Back in the 70's my great granny was vibin' the hunchback of Notre dame hard. Like humped over, wearing a short moo moo and shuffling up and down the hall with her 4 prong cane. I am really bad about hunching especially when i sit. I have always been horrible about my posture. I have always hated store bought milk. It just smells of yak to me. So my grandmother used to make me take magnesium, vit d and those gad awful chalky calcium pills because she was afraid i was going to get the dreaded hump lol Now as an adult my job is a desk job staring at a computer 8 hours a day. So i'm paranoid about my posture now and my back and neck is always cramping. I saw this and thought .. man, i probably really need one. Not going to lie.. As i was ordering I could just hear my mother threatening to get me one of these back braces years ago when i was 15 or so. She threatened me every time she saw me slouching. It drover her crazy. Well mom, i finally broke down and bought one for myself. I wish i hadn't waited so long. Once i got strapped in, i feel really tall. I didnt realize how bad my posture is. I've been wearing this thing around all afternoon. My husband said i looked like a cyborg and said he forgot how tall i was - but he also said he wanted one. I believe this is going to help me regain better posture. If it wasn't spring i could get away with wearing under sweatshirts and sweaters. I am 5'8 and a size 16-18 and purchased XL3. I prob could of got the next size down but this is fine. If i loose more weight, ill be ordering the next size down. this is great. Shoulders are slightly padded and do not rub my neck or arm pits. The waste belt fits well , i can overlap it by several inches. You can adjust the tension with little knobs on each side. The sides have adjustable straps as well to really pull it all together and helps support your body into correct place. I am generally a spaz about being confined. I hate anything tight. But this is not uncomfortable and it doesn't prevent me from moving freely, so it is quite tolerable. If you are thinking to yourself maybe i should get one. Do it. I can't believe how long it took me to do something for myself about my posture. This was a prized purchase for me. I needed this.

I bought this, I've had Lumbar back surgery, hoping it would relieve some of my pain. When the pain gets severe I find my self stooping because of it. Wore it for about 2 weeks, increasing length of time I wore it. Even though it was uncomfortable the longer I wore it. Finally just gave up as it wasn't helping it all.

I have tried several posture correctors in the last few months. I’ve been trying to find something that was easy to put on, easy to adjust, and that fit me. For the sake of comparison, I have found some are not properly charted to choose the right size for my body. I have found several designs that the shoulder straps are loose through a criss-cross slot on the back and came un-laced every time I tried to put them on, requiring me to have assistance. I have also found that some just don’t feel right after they are on my body. I am very pleased that this posture corrector vest from Nreirly is working great for me. I have had several orthopedic surgeries, including a cervical fusion. I find that when I am too tired and have poor posture, my neck rotates forward and causes excruciating pain in my shoulder blade area and in my neck. If it continues on from there, I get to the point that I can hardly turn my head. After talking with my doctor and watching several videos from doctors, I was told that a posture corrector device might help me. I have worn this device when traveling. I tend to use my iPad a lot and that means I am looking down and that increases the problems. This device helped prevent my body posture from causing the typical issues I have had in the past on long car trips. I did find at one point, I had turned the dials and thought I had broken the tension cords on the vest. But, instead the button had popped - up - into the loosening position. I also found that it was possible, for my situation, to over-tighten the features. The next day I had some shoulder pain. I do appreciate the fact that this posture vest has so many different ways to be adjusted. I’m still exploring all of those and how I can benefit from them. I am 5’2”, 150 pounds, I typically wear a women’s XL shirt and a 36 or 38” waist. The Nreirly posture vest fits me better than I could imagine. Looking at the seller’s size chart, I was towards the top of the large recommendation, but I chose to go up a size to the XL. I did this based on my previous experience with other brands. I am very very happy that I made this choice. I hope my thoughts, opinions and photos help someone trying to find the right posture support for their body.

Pros: It is breathable material, adjustable and holds tight if I ordered medium size. Cons: It is large for me and not fitting properly and that was the one available size. Need few times to be able to wear yourself and to be comfortable. It will be bulgy so can't wear under dress.
