Man, I didn’t think my old pellet grill had much life left in it, but this replacement parts kit proved me wrong. Everything I needed was right there in the box, motor, fan, hot rod, fire pot, even screws and the power cable. I wasn’t expectin’ it to be this complete honestly. The auger motor runs smooth now, no more jammin’ or weird noises. Fan kicks on strong and you can really feel the airflow again, which was a problem before. Installin' the fire burn pot was a bit of a tight fit but it worked out, and the screws helped a ton. Didn't have to dig through my toolbox for random hardware like usual. The igniter fired up right away too, which was a relief since that's what quit on me first. Grill’s runnin’ like new again, maybe even better than before. I use a Pit Boss and every part fit just fine. If you’re on the fence about fixin’ your grill instead of replacin’ it, I say grab this kit. It’s a solid fix and saved me a bunch of money.

Just got this upgrade kit for my Traeger pellet grill, and so far it’s been exactly what I needed. The parts arrived well-packed and looked solid quality right away. The auger motor and induction fan fit perfectly with no modifications, and the fire burn pot and hot rod igniter came with everything needed for a smooth swap. I replaced the worn parts in about an hour, and the grill fired up like new — no more start-up issues or inconsistent heating. The included power cable and fuse are great extras that made the whole repair feel complete. Only a couple days in, but I’m already confident this kit saved me from buying a whole new grill. Highly recommend for anyone handy with pellet grills!

Great kit!!! Fan motor, auger motor appear to be the exact same pieces being replaced. New burn pot makes a huge difference in smoke output. My old pit boss is alive and well.
