Products like this one can be purchased from many retailers, but none for this price . It is constructed from quality materials and as good as any other. I purchased several to use for heaters in deer stands. I have found that Amazon is my go to source for most of my needs!!!!

Works as should. It took a couple minutes to get the propane from the tank to the heater, but with a 8’ hose and filter that is to be expected. I will be buying a new filter every year. Cheap insurance.

Easy to install, exactly what we needed. BUT. After about 9 months, some little critter (mice? squirrels? rat?) had gnawed through multiple spots on the hose's rubberized casing, causing it to leak propane whenever in use. (Took me a while to figure this out.) Just replaced it with a braided stainless steel mesh hose instead. If you don't have rodents where you live or if you keep your hose set-up in a spot protected from rodents, this hose is a great choice.

I got this to have a lighter, smaller lighter torch for sweating plumbing joints in hard-to-reach places, while using a larger, refillable 20 lb. (actual 17-18) propane tank, instead of the smaller 1-lb. disposable tanks. Works well for that and gives me a workable 12 ft. reach from that heavier/bulkier tank that I put on wheels.
