I’ve done a few steaks using it and they turn out great! Temperature setting is very accurate as well. Typically set the sous vide to 125° for the steaks, sear them on the grill for a few minutes per side and they turn out perfect!!

Leaving my earlier review at the bottom. The problem with this is when it works it is great but when it doesn't work you have already started the process and now have to change everything. It usually works for 3 or 4 cooks but then it will die. So make sure you realize you are buying it for temporary purposes Worked great and was easy to set up. Came in Celsius but you can probably switch it to Fahrenheit. Just simply googled the temperature from Fahrenheit to Celsius and set it. Cooked a great brisket in 2 days ... show more

***Edited- Seller reached out and replaced the sous vide promptly. Thank you!*** Poor quality. After 6 months of use the sous vide machine stopped working completely. No way available to contact seller. This is not a daily use kitchen appliance. I expected it to last longer.
