This is exactly what I needed for my bedroom because my house has central air ,but it doesn’t seem to push up into the bedroom as good as it should. This actually came in handy and it works great and blows out really cold air and a quick note before you set this unit up make sure have it stand upright for at least 4 hours before turning it on because who knows if it was laying down before they delivered it on the truck or wherever came from just a quick tip ... show more

Customer service line doesn't work. Says number isn't taking calls. Woke up with C02 being pumped into my face, because the flimsy pos vent hose wouldn't stay in place. No response from the company. If you like TEMU products, this one is for you

Works well for quickly cooling down smaller rooms. 2-5 degree drop in about 20 minutes. Can keep a cool breeze going in larger rooms but definitely not meant for 800 sq ft or larger and actually cooling the place down effectively. Another con is though the window inserts are nice in their construction, the sizing is something to be desired and for every window I considered it for I would have had to saw off to fit the right proportions. ... show more

So glad I picked up this portable AC! The setup was way easier than I expected—I just followed the manual to snap the exhaust hose and window kit together and was done in minutes. It’s super compact and doesn’t take up much space at all, plus the wheels make it really easy to move around. Most importantly, it cools down my room so fast! Absolutely hate this appliance. The pros are that it was easy to set up, and it cools my room. The cons are that it is noisy, loud and the sound difference between when the compressor is on versus off is excessive. It’s actually less noisy when the compressor is on. I’m unsure how to return it because 1) the box it came in was destroyed to remove it, and 2) I can’t go a night without AC in my room. 2 stars for easy set up. ... show more
