A few issues: - glass bulb covers came with some visible marks, stains and other imperfections that cannot be cleaned off - very limited choice of bulbs in order for glass cover to be put on. Search for E26 base with no longer than 3” bulbs for cylindrical shape (on pics); for globe/oval shaped bulbs not longer than 2.5” - wires inside metal tubes that go to bulb receptacles are very twisted after assembling as a result of poor design ... show more

Really nice-looking fixture. for the price. I was disappointed that I couldn't be sent a couple of parts. I had the whole fixture pretty much done except for the toggle screw at the bottom of the canopy. It wouldn't fit all the way into the canopy and the bottom of the toggle screw wouldn't fit any of the poles. ... show more

one of the glass globes arrived with a fracture, contacted the manufacturer. they responded immediately, and the same day they sent out a replacement globe. they didn't ask questions, or make me prove the globe was cracked, they simply heard their customer had an issue and was EAGER to make it right!!! Highly recommend this seller. also, absolutely in love with this light fixture. I recently remodeled my kitchen, and this light is my favorite part of my entire kitchen. Like others said the instructions that came in the box with the light were terrible. I had to watch the video provided on Amazon to figure out how to install the glass covers. It’s a nice light. Smaller than I expected but it fits perfectly above my table in the morning room.

I really wanted to like this light fixture. Despite the horribly unhelpful instruction sheet - unclear images, poor labeling of parts (if at all), difficult to follow sequential steps - I managed to figure things out with some independent research. Once all set up, it was INCREDIBLY frustrating to have been misled to believe that the fixture would work with standard “E26” base bulbs, which typically are A19 bulb heads. IT DOES NOT. The glass bulbs at the end of each branch are not deep enough to accommodate standard A19 bulbs and can only fit A15 bulbs - this eliminates most smart lightbulbs. With all that in mind, if these are not problematic for you, then purchase, the structure and overall look are nice. ... show more
