When I initially ordered this reed diffuser almost a year ago, I was impressed by the mild scent but also of its longevity. Almost a year of scent for a reed diffuser is an amazing deal. I ordered 3 more a few weeks ago. They all were shipped neatly and each diffuser had its own box. The bottles were fairly full. One scent was a little too mild for the size of the room I put it in, so I ordered one more diffuser for that space. It came today - no nice box from the company, but in a plastic bag with the reeds rubber banded to the bottle. The bottle isn't full, as you can see in the picture. I saw another review with the same complaint. I think I will order from the company directly next time, instead of going through Amazon.

Others who may be somewhat sensitive to odors, may have different perspective. Lasts several months, though event does fade over time. After reading the reviews of the sweet grapefruit defuser, I was optimistic that I would love it. Unfortunately for me, I did not. I was looking for a crisp clean smell of grapefruit. Instead the scent is extremely sweet. I cannot smell any grapefruit. Very disappointed
