I decided to buy a new bedframe to replace my old worn down one. This frame was the first one I absolutely loved the design for, and it was under budget so I decided to give it a shot! It arrived right on time in a package about as big as the headboard. The other reviews are right, the rest of the bed is inside of it, so the package was large, but not too big. It's around 75lbs. Is reconned getting a strong friend to help you if out needs to go up a flight of stairs, but I managed to get my box up solo by pushing it around. Definitely think that part through though. Safety first! Assembling it was incredibly easy. The metal skeleton is zipped in the back along with screws and an Alan wrench. It has loads of support legs when finished so it's very sturdy. I would 100% recommend this bed to anyone looking for something nice on a budget. I got the pink one, but there are tons of colors. There's a little something for everyone! ... show more

this product is literally SO cute! when i first ordered this, i ordered the wrong size and didnt notice until their customer service ACTUALLY reached out to ME in order to confirm my order (normally unheard of) this saved me a huuuge headache and i love the bed frame. super easy to build even though instructions were a little.. wonky. my cat did end up damaging a part of it even though i just got it but does not take away from the overall functionality of the product. would order again if needed as the price is fantastic ... show more

I've been buying new furniture and tight on money, so I was looking around for a bedframe that wasn't too expensive while still fitting within my aesthetic (pink and kawaii). I happened upon this, and I was a bit worried about buying as most people bought other colors and pink often gets ruined by companies--but not this one! It came very quickly and was easy to bring into my house by myself, even if it is a bit of a heavy package (75 lbs). Assembly was very quick and straightforward, which says a lot for someone who often gets confused with instruction manuals. I'd say I spent about an hour doing everything and making sure all of the screws were secured. The fabric is made of very soft and high quality material and soft to lay against when I move my pillows out of the way. I'm 6'1" and around 270 lbs, so this bed is quite sturdy to handle me, as well as my plushies and various bedsheets and covers! I wouldn't recommend plopping down too hard on your bed, however, as the slabs are made of wood and they don't seem like they can take a beating. Just treat the bedframe kindly! I was also able to fit a 32 oz. container under my bed. Mine is in a corner, but you could fit up to 8 containers of the same size if you aren't pushing them all the way under the bed and the bed is situated in the center of the room. The seller themselves was very helpful, attentive, and kind. They reached out to me to confirm the details of my order, assisted me in less than two days with a tracking issue, and followed up to make sure I received my package. This seller really cared about my experience with them and their product the entire way and I'd love to shop with them again! If you have anyone who loves pink and want a good bedframe for your budget, look no further than here! ... show more

    • Decent, but a few things to watch out for
For the price, it's a good product. We did have an issue with one of the pre-installed nut/bolt that couldn't be loosened because the nut had stripped from one of the legs. Reached out to Amazon, who couldn't reach the vendor, so they recommended that we order a replacement, take the one part out that we need, and return the second package with the defective part. While that was a pretty quick solution, it was a huge hassle to take the heavy shipping box to a UPS store. Can't lift it by yourself, but UPS employees can't help unload it from your car, if you can even transport it. One more note - the queen foam mattress we ordered hangs off the edge because it's longer than the frame by 1-2 inches. It looks weird. If the mattress was 6", it could fit under the headboard, but who uses a 6" thin queen mattress? ... show more

    • Cheap made
It was hard to put together. The biggest problem is the side boards come in sections and don’t fit well on the metal it slides into place on. Had to use the longer screws to get it to fit. The instructions called for the shorter screws. The piece of wood that the slats lay on are of course attached to the sideboards. After 2 nights sleeping on it I almost fell into the floor. The screws attaching to one of the sideboards broke and cracked the what I think is pressed wood all the way down the length of it. This came already in place on the sideboards. My weight is just 160 pounds. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS. I still have not received the label they said they had to mail to attach to the return box!!!!!!! I am in limbo and am not hearing anything back from the seller except that I will be refunded when they receive it 🤬. It would be nice if I had the label to send it back. I ALSO HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING ... show more

The bed frame is cute and easy to assemble, but, it didn’t even last for 4 months. Legs started to bend and now the bed is caving in the middle. Missed the window to return. So disappointed in this product. Waste of money. Do not purchase! ***Editing my review: The company reached out to me after my initial review to try to remedy my issues with the bed frame. They offered to send the broken piece, but that would not work for me. So, they offered a full refund. Their customer service is wonderful. I wasn’t expecting to have my problem fixed, but they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I have changed my rating because I am so happy with how they handled my problem. I still may be able to salvage the headboard and use on another frame. My daughter just loves the headboard so much, so she’s happy we can still use it. This company stands by their products and is good on their word. I am completely satisfied how everything turned out. ... show more
