This adapter worked well for me in London, Paris, Edinburgh, Amsterdam, Dublin and Brussels. At one time I was able to charge 4 US-B items, 1 US-C item plus my charging brick with a US plug, plugged into the socket on the front. There are also sockets for the plugs of other countries on the front. I was able to use it on the Eurostar train, the Thalys train and even some local European trains and buses to charge my phone. It’s one piece, fits in the palm of your hand, light weight and comes in a convenient carrying case. This keeps the sockets free from debris. It’s much better than carrying several bulky, interchangeable pieces. I never had to use a converter. Some people think why not add a converter “just in case”? DON’T! I’ve seen people add converters when not needed and blow out the lights in the entire hotel. All of my items were dual voltage so I was okay. But no, I did not try anything like a dryer, toothbrush or steamer. I’m just learning about converters and adapters so I’m taking baby steps. I definitely recommend this item.

Traveled across Europe, I got two of these for a month long trip for my wife and I. I used to take with us a travel plug adapter and a power strip/surge protector. This served the purpose of that while being a quarter of the size. We only needed one of these to keep all of our devices charged (2 headphones, 2 phones, 1 smartwatch, and 1 computer). It came with a nice travel case with a spare fuse. The travel case worked great to keep it from deploying any of the plugs in our bag while we were traveling. This is also great to use at the airport to charge so you devices and only need to take out one plug. It's definitely a good value, and I have been recommending it to friends and family.

This is a great travel adapter. The sheer amount of options is fantastic; especially the 4 usb slots, which allowed me to charge multiple objects at once, such as my phone and my powerbank and headphones. The multiple slots also made me popular with my hostel mates when a room had only one outlet. The downsides: It’s big and chunky. It takes up more space in a bag than some backpackers might want for an adapter, although it was never a problem for me. Difficult when there is not much space between the bed and the outlet. Also, the EU adapter wasn’t totally sturdy, at least on mine. The plugs slide out, but I found mine often pushed back into the adapter a little bit when I tried to place it in the outlet. I often had to hold the slider out while plugging it in. Overall, though, these are minor annoyances and the positives outweigh the negatives for me.

This products is the NYT's top rated travel adapter. In addition to the standard adapter, it comes with 4 USB-A ports and 1 USB-C port. It's built to allow easy access to the fuse (and the spare fuse that comes with the adapter), and includes a soft case (though the adapter is self contained and sturdy, so likely doesn't need any case). Worked perfectly on my trip where I was charging a laptop and a couple of mobile devices at the same time.

Small compact footprint. Light. Had everything needed for recent trips. loved not having multiple parts that had to be accounted for (switching on/off for different outlets, or too deep outlets). Worked for deeply recessed outlets. charge time similar (not the same) as home (U.S.). Nice carry case - just perfect for traveling and bringing one small-regular sized bag.

The product was bigger than expected, but has lots of options. I needed this plug for the EU outlets and it worked just fine. There were a couple of time when I had trouble retracting the EU prongs to a point where I thought if I kept trying I would break the product. I had to push the EU prongs back out then try again and it worked. Plenty of USB ports for my needs and the one USB-C. Nicely priced compared to the exact same plugs found at airports. Go with this one for the price!
