I bought these boots for work knowing I needed something comfortable for daily wear, realistic for the work I do, and somewhat stylish. These are just that. I got a women’s 7.5/men’s 6. My usual size is a women’s 8, but these fit nicely even with thick boot socks and an upgraded insole. The foam insoles these boots come with aren’t actually too bad. I like the look of the brown faux leather and the fact that they’re slip-on makes them super comfy. They look similar to Blundstones if it weren’t for the chunky rubber base and shinier faux leather. Although they have good traction and are water resistant. I’ve had mine for about 2 1/2 months, wearing them almost every day for work, and they haven’t scuffed, creased, or worn in any major way. My only concern is that the base may come away from the boot upper body at some point because it’s not a perfect seal. I plan on getting a second pair to offset the daily wear. Random note: If you want to get creative with these, the elastic area at the top is something you can probably add small embroidery to. ... show more

    • Worthy budget boots! They're not slip resistant though.

I require boots comfortable enough to wear on 12 hour+ work days, tough enough to ride a bike with, and slip resistant for use in kitchens. These shoes fall in the middle of those requirements. While they look great and are easily broken in, they are not comfortable without a set of insoles. The non-slip part in the title is a complete lie. They aren't as slippery as dress shoes and do have some grip on certain surfaces, but on wet or oily finished floors you better have good balance. The material is not super tough as after a month of usage the tips have deep scratches and scuffs. The material is however waterproof and flexible enough to allow toe flex for those of us with more athletic lifestyles. They also fit well based on my standard boot size. I won't wear these on a busy day of kitchen work but I will on easier days for the comfort, style, and ease of entry. Definitely worth the asking price. ... show more

I am safety professional and highly recommended these steel toe boots! They are so comfortable. In addition to being one of the most comfortable pairs of steel toes I have ever had they are water proof. Today I wore them out in rain stepping in many deep puddles of water and my feet never got wet. My feet didn’t hurt after working. The sizing is true to size. Great quilts bout that is very easy to put on, they are not heavy very light weight boot.
