So I know the color is a little wild but it really works in this room! The rug is well made and has a consistent thickness and plushness. I like the way they sewed up the border as well. It is really nice looking!! I used to have just a thin accent rug but decided the pets might enjoy a little more plushness to lay on. When I rolled it out I was worried that it would not lose the curl from the edge of the rug that was the center of it when it was rolled up for shipping. The instructions said to just reverse the crease made from shipping so I just rolled the end that was curling up, the opposite way. It worked perfectly. I followed all of the instructions when setting it up and it looks great! I have already realized that I’m going to be way more thoughtful with vacuuming this rug as the pet hair sticks to it but does not show! This is a very plush rug with extra long fibers. It feels great under my desk if I want to work barefoot. Amazingly stain proof, I have the red version and have used all sorts of strong cleaning chemicals to get cat vomit out of this rug over the last 3 years and there is no visible discoloration or staining. That brings me to the biggest downside of this rug: if you have cats they're going to run to this rug every time they have stomach issues, or a hairball, or it's Tuesday, and put both their front paws on this rug, since it's so comfortable and they need the comfort, before just hurling the latest thing they ate deep into these deep plush fibers. You will tone your arms up cleaning cat vomit out of this rug, lots of scrubbing and pulling to get things clean. I have 2 cats and I've watched both of them get up from the not plush char, walk over plenty of nice easy to clean floors, walk over other, less plush rugs just to get to this one ideal cat vomit receptacle. I am so pleased with this carpet. It's 13'x10' and was the perfect size for our little living room. The quality so far is outstanding. After setup and the first vacuuming, I couldn't believe how soft it was. Our dog hasn't moved from it in two days. Would absolutely recommend and purchase again.

I wanted a black, fluffy rug for my bedroom that wasn't those weird synthetic fake-fur type of rugs because those stick to your feet and are a sensory nightmare. This is soft yet not sickeningly soft, doesn't make you want to rip your feet off if you walk across it after a bath or shower lol.
