Frankly, I had to give myself several days to decide if I like it 😍... love the terracotta color, just that with rug that size it seemed a bit overpowering in our, mostly neutral, beige decor. Several friends confirmed that yes, it still looks great, 'pulls the house' together and it 'should be' a keeper. Took just couple of days for me to 'get used to it' and am loving it now. As many other reviewers say, it comes folded and has initially many creases but you can steam them out (from the other side) or I just put some heavier items on them and within about two weeks they all stretched out and disappeared. Big plus was the fact that there was no need for off-gassing, there really was not any weird questionavle chemical odor coming out right from the start. Bottom line, am very happy with purchase, also pricing is quite reasonable... would def recommend! 👍🏼 ... show more

We’re very happy with the purchase of this gray rug. I bought it at a sale price. It goes perfectly with new flooring my husband put it. It’s very pretty & I’d say exactly what was shown. The material is soft & all the end seams were sewn tightly with no signs of tear. The material itself was consistent with the threading. It sits in front of 2 recliners facing our TV. Many positives but the one thing that was unfortunate was despite the size~ it slides. It doesn’t stay in place at all. We’ve solved that problem by just sliding it in place slightly under the recliners. Doing this now keeps it in place. It did come rolled up tightly but unfolded nicely. We bought this rug to go under a large, new dining room table with six chairs- it's not thick ply (we wanted thinner), it flattened out well and didn't curl up on the edges! It looks great, and we're able to vacuum it easily and for little spills that need spot cleaning, it's the best- We love it!

I bought two of these to lay next to each other. They both arrived quickly and without and imperfections. The carpets do arrive rolled, so the edges will naturally curl and require some attention. I love this rug! It's a nice low pile, with just enough of a pattern to be interesting but it's subtle, which is exactly what I wanted. It looks much more expensive than it was. It had a slight smell, but I barely noticed after the first few days. The pets love it too! I ordered the beige.

This is the second rug that we've purchased... we have had the rug for a little less than a week. It took a few extra days to arrive than originally estimated. The rug is a great neutral color that would probably go with most decor. The rug is soft and was a great price for a 10'x13', it vacuums very well. It's still a bit bumpy from being folded so tightly for shipping...We are hoping that will 'relax' over time. The worst part of this rug is the smell. It has a chemical odor almost like a faint gas smell. My dogs were laying on the rug and their fur smells like the rug. We've vacuumed the rug a few times a day for 5 days and have an air purifier in the room, and used an enzyme deodorizing spray. Nothing has helped the odor. My husband and I have both had awful headaches for the last 3 days! We are pretty sure that it's from the rug. Super bummer. I tried to search through all the reviews to see if people mentioned anything about smell before purchasing and didn't find anything. I'm wondering if the rug was sprayed with a chemical or fire retardant or fumigation spray? I'm wondering if it has been chemically treated, why the company doesn't disclose if the rug is tested to be non-toxic ingredients? ... show more
