Several friends confirmed that yes, it still looks great, 'pulls the house' together and it 'should be' a keeper. Took just couple of days for me to 'get used to it' and am loving it now. As many other reviewers say, it comes folded and has initially many creases but you can steam them out (from the other side) or I just put some heavier items on them and within about two weeks they all stretched out and disappeared. Big plus was the fact that there was no need for off-gassing, there really was not any weird questionavle chemical odor coming out right from the start. This is a beautiful rug, very soft and lays nice on the floor. I appreciated that it came rolled up instead of folded into a box. I placed it on my floor immediately and there were no wrinkles to deal with. A couple of the corners flipped up but I was able to take care of it. Love Love Love Love Love, did I say LOVE! I live in NE Ohio and our garages are FREEZING in the winter - no insulation at all. Last year I could barely walk in there. I've loved these rugs for years so devised a plan before winter hit to rug out the entire double garage other than one middle space for my car. WOW, what a difference, Not are they low pile, but also super thick and comfy, but truly beautiful as well (what can I say, I love natural colors). I bought 3 of the 5'3 x 8 and one larger one to match the first larger one I had on the "work station area of my garage - where I store most of my things due to lack of storage in my home," and the entire garage was transformed. They're truly beautiful rugs and if not for the fact that green isn't a color used in my new home (it was in my last home), I'd have them all over my home, extremely beautiful color, great brightness without losing it's natural forest green appeal, low pile but very thick and warm, excellent size choices, and if they transformed my garage but are also wonderful for the home, there's no question of the many wonderful variations of functionality for them. After buying and returning several rugs that were folded up in bag, I finally got it right. This rug is of good quality came rolled instead of fold. I vacuum it with know issues of pulling up. The color is vibrant and as described, I went with green to match our lake house decor, something totally different. My teen daughter was redecorating her room in a moody forest theme, and this went perfectly with her new décor and gives the room a cozy finished feel. I would love to give this carpet a 5 star, but based on all the wrinkles, just can not. The GOOD - The carpet is beautiful! The colors are deep, vibrant, and gorgeous! Very soft and seems to be made very well. The BAD - Our major concern - the carpet arrived wrapped in plastic and FOLDED UP! There are creases and bumps in the carpet! As recommended, we are using a carpet pad to help the carpet lay flat. We are deeply saddened that the carpet does not lay flat and hope a few more days will help flatten it out. :( There is also some type of chemical odor that we are hoping will dissipate over time. I will update this review as I learn more about the product. ... show more
