The only reason I give this a 4 star is because the product was either faulty or just mainly for smaller kids. I bought this for a boy I take care of and when he would try to ride it. It was real slow or would just stop and he would fall off. However my younger and much smaller nephew done great on it with no issues. They refunded my money and was very quick to do so. My 9 year old just loves her hoverboard! Loves the graphics as none of her friends have one and the 300W motors glide her all over the house from wood floors, Tile and carpet. The only time she is not on it is when it's charging.

I wish I had retuned it early. Don't trust these reviews. It beeps annoyingly when you go over 6 miles per hour, and no way to turn it off. Emails to the vendor with no responses. Also this hoverboard has VERY limited range of 10 km, less than 2 miles! There are better ones with 12 miles for not much more. This thing is a toy.
