I've done resistance training in the past with tubing and handles. While I think they're an extremely good mode of working out, I found the clips, handles, etc, fairly clumsy and "fiddly" when trying to just move through a fluid, effective, and efficient workout. Also, using handles make it hard to avoid a "dead" space where they join the clips and tubes. I find the resistance bands so much more compact, efficient, also easy to travel with. The workout flows much more smoothly without trying to quickly change handles, clips, etc; with tubing I found myself taking unwanted "breaks", which was frustrating because they break the rhythm, the breathing, the flow, even the meditative quality working with resistance tubing or bands can offer. The bands function much more smoothly and lend themselves to good "flow" and mindfulness even while doing challenging strength training. I find the bands much more enjoyable and conducive to focus and centering than the hardware-laden tubing. The UnderSun bands are an excellent quality. Careful inspection of each band revealed no defects or irregularities i workmanship, and the material looks very durable. I believe if conscientiously cared for, they will last a good number of years, relative to how often and how stringently they are used, I'm sure. But they seem truly excellent. Finally, UnderSun customer service is stellar. My bands arrived very quickly, I received a friendly follow-up email, and offer of any assistance needed. I purchased a bundle which included a training package, and access to a closed facebook group. This group is very friendly and supportive, and the company is extremely helpful and supportive as well via email. They are just a really good group of people who seem to really care about others' wellbeing and fitness, as well as striving to operate an excellent, American business. I am a 66-year-old female with no affiliation to UnderSun, and I bought my bundle with my own money. My highly positive, 5-star review is solely based on my opinion and experience. UnderSun folks deserve every star and more.

This will be my second set, the first one lasted almost 2 years. You have 5 levels of resistance so good for traing and rehab/stretching. Be mindful of your anchor points and wash regularly and these should last well over their price range expectancy.

Originally lost my light band from the 5 band set, bought this to replace the lost band. Bands have worked great and are definitely worth their price especially if you use them often like in calisthenics

I had a buddy recommend this for me since I needed some low impact methods for getting in shape. After watching a bunch videos online and chatting with some folks in the FB group, I now have a daily routine that I hope pays off. So far, I haven't seen any issues with the durability of these bands. I have some random beams in my house that I use so I don't need the door anchor and I line those beams with a towel before putting the band on it and that seems to work. If nobody mentioned this before, get yourself some decent work gloves. Using these with bare hands is a bad idea. The only other thing I'll mention is that these bands are kind of limited for tall folks like me. I'm 6'4" and all of the videos I watch show bands stretching to a certain point before starting to use them for exercises. The problem, for me at least, is that the range of usable resistance on these bands goes down significantly when you're taller. There are certain exercises like squats and tricep raises that I'd love to use a specific band for, however, by the time I stretch them to a certain point to get maximum resistance, I can barely stretch them further. So I have use a lighter band and now grab the band at a certain point, instead of using the natural loop of the band. Overall though, I'm satisfied. I love that I can stop working and get in a workout for 20 minutes instead of just sitting at my desk all day. As long as these don't break, I can see myself using them for a while.

I’ve order other loop bands in the past that didn’t last. These Undersun bands are well constructed and have held up as I put them through their paces. I actually bought (2) 5 packs to expand the exercises I can perform.

Purchased this to replace an identical set that I had been using for several years. The older set had lost a bit of its resiliency. Have used these bands for a few years with good results. Not as good as using free weights, in my opinion, but good for easy to use strength training and very convenient for travel.

I was hoping not to have to post this, but I have no other choice at this point. The bands seem nice, and they come with some great accessories. I like the feel of them, but they might be made of too soft a material. The photo shows a ripped band after only a few uses. I do feel that this might have been from user error, but I have used these in the same way I have used other, much lower cost bands. Now the really bummer part is that I have reached out to support 3 times in different ways to try to get some help. I've even stated that there is a good chance this is my fault and am willing to buy a replacement band. Nothing. So at this point I have to wonder if it's really worth spending more money on these bands or just stick with buying lower cost bands and tossing them out when they wear down.

Bands from The guy that helped bring serious band workouts to market. Being a long time free weight workout guy it took a little time to learn how to use bands properly for a real workout but so worth it for the time and convenience it saves to workout anywhere and without injury.
