it was not doing any good, material irritated my skin wore 3 days trying to see if i was doing something wrong, gave up and threw it away, do not recommend, Velcro is cheap and doesn't hold. just not worth anything

I like this hernia Belt because it's adjustable and soft not super stiff and tight when you put it on,it gives me the right amount of support for my abdominal that is very weak after stomach surgery.I have other belts but they hurt more than they help but not this one.If you have hernia or recovering from stomach surgery and you need a little support try this belt,you will like it.I can wear it everyday without feeling suffocated.I recommend this belt.
