These are great and are really helping with my weight loss, I would give it 5 starts but the pills are rather large and hard to swallow.

I really like the potency of the product. It has 90% pure CLA compared to others that have 60-70% pure CLA. I also like the size of the gel caps. They are small and round and much easier to swallow. Each 2 gel caps equal 1500mg so you have to take 4 a day for 3000mg. If you buy the larger gel caps which are 1500mg Each then you would only need to take 2 per day but have more difficulty with swallowing and also not getting the 90% pure CLA. This brand is very inexpensive so I would recommend taking the 4 per day of the 90% pure CLA because it really works in such a short time. I would highly recommend this product. ... show more

I always look for at least "95%" ingredients and how many servings per a bottle. Then I consider the price per a serving and calculate the cost over a 30 day supply. I've been training hard at the gym and using this CLA consistently for about a year. It is hard to say, but CLA is helping to decrease my body fat. I didn't have any side effects.
