I love soft blankets. Years ago I started collecting the extra plush microplush blankets and also sheet sets, due to how soft they are. Then I came across a wonderful blanket called the Marshmallow blanket here on Amazon..and that is a really great blanket as well. It is wonderful soft, but the softness goes away the more and more you wash it. They are still extremely warm. Would probably be good for camping, like a wool blanket is, although you would not think this if you saw and felt it, it is true. then there is this outstanding sherpa blanket. I LOVE this blanket to absolute pieces. It is luxuriously soft..just heavenly. And I have washed it and and the blanket is still soft and amazing! This blanket is my new favorite. The sherpa blanket.
